They've done two jobs for my clients via American Home Shield. They've been promptly paid but never provide an invoice, which means I'm out a couple hundred bucks. When I get my invoices I will update.

The ONLY way this company gets business is apparently thru AHS home warranty service as Yamaz is the only plumber option online. Tip: personally call and request someone (ANYONE else). I've owned three homes and hired several professionals for various services over the years and this may be one of the worst. One star because Tad showed up. Couldn't/didn't fix my issue....left and said he had to install an emergency water heater in Kapolei and would buy a wax ring and return after lunch (shouldn't a reputable plumber have these? I've installed them on my own!). Called after lunch and said he was running behind and would be there after 4. I waited. And waited. And finally called Tad at 6pm and left a message; truly concerned perhaps he was in an accident or something. No answer. No call back. Been a week now and still no response. Don't settle for Yamaz; you bought your warranty to have work done.

Like many with a AHS warranty, YAMAZ plumbing was assigned to fix/replace my liking garbage disposal unit. Tad contacted me the morning after I submitted work request through AHS and was able to come out the next morning. 20 minutes in and out replacement job. Tad was very professional and courteous. Glad I have the AHS warranty, I only paid the service fee of $100. I would recommend YAMAZ plumbing and a AHS warranty.

We were referred to Yamaz through our home warranty for a garbage disposal and toilet leak. We were somewhat hesitant at first, thinking maybe we could use that $75 fee to buy a new toilet. We tried to DIY it ourselves, purchasing the toilet repair kits but it was still leaking. I didn't know where to begin with purchasing a new toliet and with no help from Home Depot and Lowes, I decided to place a work order through our AHS warranty. Yamaz called the next day and was very quick to come by the day after. I'm not sure what his name was, but he was really quick! I was very impressed! We were without our downstairs toilet for 3 weeks, which took just 10 minutes for him to fix. It took him another 15 minutes to replace our garbage disposal. He said the previous tenant did a shotty job installing the disposal that there were wires hanging out and had we used it, I would have definitely had a new hair do. I would recommend YAMAZ. Had I not used them, I would've coughed up an additional $500.

Awesome! American Home Shield home insurance referred us to them when our water heater wasn't putting out hot water. Talked to one of the employees on the phone and he told me that he didn't want to waste my money ($75) for something that he thought would be an easy fix. Told me to push the reset button on the panel and if I hear it click, that's the problem. It was!!!!! So awesome. He wished me a Merry Christmas and that was that, but for sure if we have any other plumbing needs, we will definitely be contacting them!!!

.A very short while ago AHS advised Yamaz would be calling us...... Waited few days...Nothing .... We then called .... Was advised they were coming.....no show... We followed up with more phone calls... Nothing.. AND OUR SERVICE CALL WAS MARKED COMPLETE?!?! $&@!?

We had a few issues through the years and AHS sent them our way. Did good job initially but lately they have been doing the minimum required for the job. Attitude is probably due to AHS work and not normal business calling in. Will be looking into another service.

After noticing water leaking from my hot water heater, I turned off the power and drained it. Called AHS and YAMAZ was selected. He arrived and inspected the unit and left. He returned 45 minutes later with a new Rheem heavy duty hot water heater with superior energy saving over our old one. Best $75 I've spent. He was professional, fast, and we would use their services in the future.

I am surprised at the negative reviews. Tad was excellent! I actually had my experience to work with him through AHS. I put in a request at night through the internet, and the next morning I received a call from Tad to set up an appointment. He was able to come out the next following day. He was very polite and extremely professional! He fixed our leaky bathtub and replaced valves in our toilet in less than 30 minutes!

First off I am surprised at some of the low ratings but I am not here to defend Tad. I am however going to tell you of my experiences with him through AHS. Unfortunately but fortunately we had to use his services on three separate jobs. The first was a leak under one of my sinks which took him less than 20 mins and he was very professional calling me Mr. even though I told him to call me by my first name. The second time was to fix my kitchen sink which was leaking. He told me to call the manufacturer of the sink to get a replacement and he would install It once I received it which he did. The part was free and I would not have known there was a lifetime warranty had he not mentioned it. During that same visit I told him one of the bathroom showers was not working properly AND the toilet was making this screaming noise when we flushed it. The last job was the master bathroom shower that only had hot water coming out but the actual call was for a leak coming from the bathroom toilet. He fixed both problems and he checked the showers in the other two bathrooms and fixed them as well. What I am trying to get at is that Tad goes beyond the call, literally, from that initial call he is so quick in fixing anything plumbing related. Our running jokes is that I hope to not see him again but I have the utmost confidence in his work and dependability. My wife who waited for him during the last job stated that he is a super nice guy! Again, Yelp allows to blog your experiences and I give Tad the TSong of approval!! I hope not to see the Man but if I do I know he will fix the problem. Sorry the others were not so fortunate.
