Terrible service. We had a leaky old water heater, replacement to be covered by AHS. They sent Tad. He was here for 5 minutes, then left and did not answer his phone for weeks. Eventually said the new water heaters he was getting in stock had a faulty part, and he was waiting for that to be resolved. Ok fine, but you have to give us updates! He made several appointments, and did not show up or call. When I was able to get him on the phone, he said he doesn't work on rainy days! 7 weeks later, he came to install. Complained repeatedly about how hard it was going to be, then looked at the water heater again and told me he had brought the wrong size! This leaves me to assume we had waited for 7 weeks on a part that we didn't need. He left, promising to come back in the morning. He did not show up, and made no effort to contact me. He canceled the service with AHS, telling them it was a 2 man job and he didn't have help that day. Still refuses to answer the phone... (We were assigned Little Big Plumbing after all of this, and they were awesome!) Do not use this business!

AHS victim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He came out once, didn't fix the leak, and then ghosted me. Only answered the phone when I called from a different number. This is a scam.

Needed a plumber to fix a toilet and shower. Thanks to yelp, I came across Tad! He was great! Called me back in a timely manner and was able to fit me in the next day. He would have been able to fit me in the same day but I work and my parents were exploring the island. But he fit us in the very next day, and it definitely seems as though he tries to accommate his clients and fit them in ASAP, or work around their schedule. He called to let us know he was headed our way, which was a big plus because usually with most businesses you're left waiting in limbo for a few hours not knowing when exactly they'll come. As mentioned before, he provides professional and speedy service. I was shocked! My parents were well pleased, and so was I. I no longer have any problems with a toilet that flushes weird and all the water now comes out of the shower head instead of some coming out from the showerhead and some from the bottom faucet. I highly recommend him and will be calling him from now on for any future problems!

Love Yamaz! We use AHS which is how we found Yamaz but even if we didn't have AHS I'd still use them. They are responsive, show up on time, friendly and get the job done quickly. I have been very happy with all of the plumbers they've sent out and we have 3 properties (rentals) that tend to have lots of issues. In fact, we like them so much that if we put in an AHS request and it doesn't get directed automatically to Yamaz I call and ask AHS to re-assign it to them.

Simple toilet wax ring repair. Called said he'd call me in the morning to schedule a time to repair and never showed up. How lazy.

I have AHS that takes care of appliances and plumbing, etc. and uses Yamaz Plumbing for $75 flat rate. Tad came to replace my tenants garbage disposal. When they turned on their Dish Washer, the place flooded under the sink. He apparently didn't connect a hose or something. He came back and fixed it, but it damaged the floor under my sink. He said he would have it fixed in a few weeks. That was January 27, 2015. It is now April 15 and after my continued calls he has not returned my calls and it makes me feel he is not going to take care of this problem. If he makes good, I will change my ratings, but for now, this makes me very uncomfortable to work with him again.

AHS uses this company so beware. I placed an order through AHS's website and it said this company was going to contact me. He never did. I contacted him and he said ""will you be home in the next hour"" and I said ""yes."" Based on that conversation I'm expecting him to show up. He never showed up. I called twice and he never returned my calls. I then call AHS and they get him on the phone and he lied to them saying he wasn't even going to make it to my house. If he was up front with me and honest then I would have gotten someone to fix my problem but because he wasn't I couldn't get a plumber until a Monday because this happened on a Friday. Thanks YAmaz.

Also was a victim of this guy through American Home Shield. Did absolutely nothing while he was here, said ""They will just replace it because I don't have the parts"" and then ghosted both American Home Shield and us. Now that water heater leak cause damage and flooding in our lower house. Don't ever use this ""company"" for anything.
