Really surprised about the negative reviews. I've been assigned Tad multiple times through AHS and each time he has been great. Called me right away, scheduled right away, came when he said he was coming. If there was something he couldn't fix himself, he kicked the claim back to AHS for a new contractor. Very professional and courteous. We even hired him outside of AHS to replace a water pressure regulator that was no longer working. Thanks Tad :)

This guy claimed the leak came from somewhere when it was actually from the pipes themselves. I used him thru AHS and much like everyone else here, he sucked ass. Super lazy, you'll know what I'm talking about when you see him.

Once you receive the text message from AHS, call Yamaz Plumbing right away. Tad came over the next day and fixed my toilets. He was efficient and knew exactly what to do. Mahalo Tad!

I have AHS as well and I called AHS to schedule all my plumbing needs...I called Tad right away - and called him again to schedule- tip for you AHS subscribers, call the vendor right away and continue to call until you get a live person to answer! Anyway Tad came the next day and fixed everything efficiently!

Beware this company is very irresponsible. Sets appointment with customer then does not show. Called several times, does not answer. If you have American home shield policy ask for another contractor. I believe by him not showing it was a blessing in disguise. Look @ the other reviews there is certainly a trend of poor business practices. American home shield should do a better job of screening their contractors, especially for there ability to service their customers in a timely manner and being reliable in servicing their customers. Save yourself the anguish and call another plumber.

Absolutely terrible. He came to my house the first time and didn't bring the parts he needed so told me to call him later to reschedule. I called again to reschedule and he was a no call-no show. Find someone else to do your plumbing. This guy is terrible. It's a wonder how he is still open with business practices like that.

If I could I'd give a negative star for this ""company"", unfortunately for me, they are contracted through my home warranty company American Home Shield. They came to replace a section of plumbing after what took over a week to get them to come out. 2 weeks later when we were still having problems, he came out & called to tell me he 'didn't have the needed fittings with him to correct something that he had overlooked and that he'd be back the next day' (a Friday). I contacted my Home Warranty company to find out why they never showed up or returned my calls to complete the work & he fed a bunch of B.S. to the company stating that there was 'a hole in the new pipe he replaced' the pipe he replaced was all of roughly a 2 inch elbow... He also stated that the spout he stole from my home was left on the counter. It was not, he took it... He had the company tell me that the job he didn't complete correctly the first time was now going to cost me $150 to complete & being that he's the technician, they are standing by him, because ""he's the professional"", never mind I still have a leak that he didn't fix & no spout in that bathroom... So lucky me, everyone in the house has to use my shower... He never gave an invoice either. If you want the job done right and done right the first time, by PROFESSIONALS, do NOT use this ""company""...
