I found Yale through Yelp when I was researching local plumbers to change a burst pipe out. Luckily, I searched by closest to my location - otherwise I don't think I would have found him.

If you too are stumbling upon his page for plumbing issues then you are as lucky as me. Yale did incredible work and he really took care of us.

Water heater went out Friday night and of course it's a holiday weekend. Lots of calls to plumbers and lots of sorry I can't help you, but Yale came through. Showed up at 7:30 am on the Fourth of July and saved the day. And the price was very very reasonable.

I really liked Yale and he is an incredibly friendly person, but unfortunately he missed the mark when he did work at our house. He had some good suggestions for showers for a kids' bathroom, and that was definitely helpful. He was also very responsive whenever I messaged him. Unfortunately, I had to pay for multiple visits for him to not really complete the kitchen faucet installation. His apprentice installed a kitchen faucet, but it came loose within a week. Yale then tried his hand, it came loose again after a few weeks. He basically said it would be impossible to tighten it and I'd have to pay for it to be tightened almost every month, which is not sustainable, or buy a whole new faucet. He also said it would be impossible to install the accompanying dishwashing liquid dispenser. My mom got annoyed with the faucet constantly being loose and had her handyman come. He bought a part from Lowes and was able to tighten the faucet. He then removed the garbage disposal to install the dishwashing liquid dispenser without issue. The sink has been tight for over a year now. His apprentice installed multiple slow-close toilet seats/lids, and every one of them came loose within months; my husband followed the directions and re-installed them, they've been fine for over a year now. Yale also installed the sink faucets and shower head in a bathroom, and those have been working well, though the shower faucet is a bit loose. As I said, I liked Yale a lot, but it was just tough to pay so much money for incomplete work.
