On the first night of this whole Covid-Quarantine thing, our hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the basement.
At around 9pm on Friday, I put a request out on yelp for quotes.
Yale responded with helpful advice immediately, was there the next morning quite early, and within about 2 hours he had fixed everything.
He even had advice for how to turn the new hot water heater box into a fort for our kids.
That's unbeatable service.
Very reasonably and competitively priced, too.
If anything goes wrong with the plumbing in our house again, he'll be our first call.

Can't speak highly enough of Yale (and Joshua). I had a laundry list of annoying plumbing problems that I thought for sure he would be here hours for. He fixed everything and was done in under an hour. Super friendly, reasonable rates, and had good suggestions/recommendations for some other non plumbing issues we are having with our house. We had a shower issue when we had a pipe freeze during the bitter cold. Luckily there was no major damage but our shower head stopped working and we could only shut the shower off with the diverter. It also appeared that there was a leak since hours after anyone showered there was a wet spot that never would never dry.

My husband contacted Yale and he was responsive and easy to deal with. He came to the house, assessed the problem efficiently, and scheduled a follow up later in the week to come and fix the issue after he could get the new part. He came over and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. He's a really nice person to work with and we will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

I don't give out five stars every day but Yale deserves each one. He answered the phone, scheduled an appointment for the next day, showed up precisely on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a half an hour. Good, professional work and he's a nice guy. I highly recommend him!

I give Yale my highest recommendation. He came over promptly and quickly diagnosed the leak in my kitchen ceiling as coming from my master bathroom shower and that bad seal around the shower exterior. He then provided a super affordable solution so the problem will not continue.
