Excellent all the way around! Davie G. visited our place and listened to us and discussed options/solutions to our flood-prone crawl space. He showed up when he said he would and communicated during the process of getting us lined out. The landscape disturbance from installation was explained, understood and really not bad at all! The best contractor I've ever worked with.

so i called a place and sat for 3-days with no show next i called yakima water solutions
late on friday and they called back said he could come out mon morning at 9. he showed
up on time gave me a est said he could do the install of my softner on wednesday the same week he got hear on time and got the sys done the same day even did more then he said and keep the cost in the est. did a great job verry happy with the service. next time i need work done i know who to call

David Gutierrez is excellent at what he does . He is very professional, highly knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and extremely fair. He has replaced water-softener cartridges,filters for the main system and helped me figure out a totally unrelated problem I was having. Each time he came out, he was here when he said he'd be or he called to let me know why he wasn't and then gave me a new time, which he made. He was always knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. I have lived in the Yakima area for more than 20 years. David is the only plumber I've ever felt so good about that I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone.
