This company came to work on my septic system, charged an outrageous amount of money, and my toilet only worked for a week after the repair. After said week, we started having the same issue as before. Upon calling the company, and politely asking them to come check it out without charge, as we paid $550 the previous week. He guaranteed to come look at it, but would only work on it again for a certain price. Very unprofessional worker and company. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

These guys are no joke. We were new to the area and ran into a ton of issues in our house that wasn't picked up during inspection. We were so happy that this was the company that did the undone plumbing for us. Yes! Undone. They were like wizards with knowledge and walked us through what needed to be done, how they were going to do it, how much time it would take and the cost. They were spot on with the two most important things...cost and time. They stood strong and faithful to their scope of service. It felt as though they treated us as they would have treated a loving family member. Their work and customer service built a feeling of trust which is what you want and need in uncharted territory. We highly recommend Y & Y.

Y & Y is wonderful. I have used them for my septic system and later for a major plumbing problem.

In both cases, there were major problems (created from previous owner/builder) that they discovered and corrected. They explained everything as they went.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, caring, helpful. They are family run and make you feel like part of the family too.

Don't waste time, money and frustration with anyone else. Call Y & Y and get the job done right.
