I Called to install a water heater they have responded right away and send someone to my house within the hour...
The lady over the phone was very understanding and help me with explaining what will be done. She gave me prices for the repair or replacement of the water heater.

Tub was stopped up - I called and they came within a couple of hours and fixed it. Chris was the person and he was very nice - even wore shoe covers not to dirty my floor.

Called yesterday and made an appointment. I was told someone would show up from 4-6pm and gave them all my info. No one showed up or called me to let me know they were not coming, etc. nothing worse than wasting your time waiting for service people. I would think they want business...

Extremely rude and unprofessional

Had horrible sewer gas and was told I needed to have my outside sewer drains cleaned. Had a difficult time finding a plumber on a Saturday morning that could come out the same day. Continued calling to find a plumber and get cost estimates.
I was excited to find this plumber who lived in my area--thinking he would have great customer service and be attentive to his neighbors. He said he could come out the same day and gave me a cost estimate that was high. The plumbers who had a lower price could not come out until the next morning. I thanked him for his time but told him that his quote was higher than another plumber. HE STARTED YELLING AT ME OVER THE PHONE AND ASKED WHY I CALLED HIM IF I HAD SOMEONE WHO COULD DO IT FOR LESS MONEY -- AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! I was horrified by this unprofessional and rude behavior. No one should receive this kind of treatment from a business owner.
