Great company and service. I have septic tank issues so I have used them about four times in the last year. They came out on Christmas day for a pump out. Then today, I had a toilet stop working. Wasn't sure if it was a clog or the tank filing up and the toilets stopping. So they sent a septic trunk to see if they could get it unclogged from the inlet to the tank. The toilet is too far away so it did not work, so the owner came out at 6pm and snaked the toilet, which worked. The toilet is in my elderly in-laws part of the house, so him coming out helped save the day/night.

Extremely dissatisfied. Guys they sent out not only did poor job and not what I wanted, but broke my microfiber internet line on way out and now no tv or internet for 3 days. They claim they'll reimburse me for cost to fix it but that's not enough. Bad service all around although the receptionist was very accommodating and tried to help resolve the problem.

They are Crooked and Rude! Do not use!! I paid for 1000 gallons they only did one side which was only 250 and didnt pump the other side and my septic was over flowing the next day. we told them that they didn't pump it all that they are supposed to pump both sides because we have an older tank that has two compartments and it a small tank. both sides only equal to half of what we paid for. he said no the other side don't matter even tho every other company that's done it always does both. they refused to finish the job we paid for and instead wanted us to pay again for another 1000 gallons and then insulted me and said that it had been over flowing for a year when in fact it had only been a few of weeks . like we would live in a yard with a tank over flowing is just sick, we just want what we paid for. so now I've wasted our money and been insulted and ignored. I will be contacting BBB. these people are awful and obviously don't know their shot.

I used this company several times. I own a business and at one point, I was using them twice a week to pump out a septic tank at my business. I found another company that charges $91 less per pump, so I contacted xtreme and told them to cancel all my future pumps. They didn't cancel one I had set up for months later, so they came and pumped out the septic this past Monday, when the business was closed. I already had the other company coming the next day to pump. When I got an invoice from Xtreme for $351 by email, I replied and told them I had cancelled all services and I didn't owe them. Without ANY communication from them, they came back to my business and filled up the septic tank with all the poop they had collected from other places. Our sewage is mostly soapy water, not crap. When Ensley Septic came to pump the next day, they said it was completely full and there was a bunch of sludge (crap) on top. I thought Xtreme had lied about pumping it out. I found out today from a gentleman who's doing work at my business, that Xtreme showed back up, while he was there, and pumped sewage back INTO my septic, filling it completely full. Since Xtreme screwed up, I should not have been punished. I was lucky that Ensley septic still showed up to pump, even though I cancelled them, after Xtreme pumped it out. And guess what? Ensley plumbing didn't charge me for that pump, because I had cancelled their service for that day. They were surprised that the septic tank was so full, since I told them Xtreme pumped it the day before. My biggest issue with all of this, was that xtreme never told me they were going to fill my tank back up with their mixed crap from the truck. Communication is a must, if you're going to own a business. If you want a good reliable company, call Ensley Plumbing. They do what they say and their prices are way better. This company is Xtreme alright! Xtremely Petty and unethical.

Extreme Septic came highly recommended and I was quick to find out why! Their guys, DJ and Chris did a great job of cleaning my septic tank and dealing with the sins of the previous homeowner (cooking grease, etc). They took the extra time to do the job right when they easily could have said good enough and put the cover on. Not only that but they took the time to explain to this first time septic tank owner the do's and don't and was happy to do it. I ended up buying the suggested maintenance chemical from them as well (quick search found the prices extremely competitive to online). I couldn't be happier with the service AND THE PRICING (Even with the chemicals I was below what I budgeted from researching) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you need septic tank service. THANKS!!!

They're all very friendly and courteous, from the front office staff to the service techs! After the hurricane we moved into an camper, and since we don't have a hook up to our septic, we found ourselves in a bind. After calling several companies and getting a """"no"""", Xtreme said yes! We've been using them since November with no issues. Would highly recommend Xtreme!

While they arrived expeditiously and did perform the job in quick fashion, they did significant damage to my drive way with their truck. I gave them permission to drive on it to get closer to the tank with the condition that they would stay off the edges. They did not, actually driving off the drive way and breaking the edge off of about 8 feet of drive. To add insult to injury, I have been waiting two weeks for the owner to return my phone call regarding the damage. I was going to get an estimate for a new drain field from them and I had some other plumbing work I was going to use them for. But that will not happen and I will naturally share this with everyone I know. Getting bids for the repair so that I can pursue this in small claims court.

I'm not much for writing reviews, but Xtreme Plumbing and Septic and, in particular, their technician Joseph, really went above and beyond. They did a septic pumpout and inspection for a house I am buying. Joseph was wonderful with educating me about how septic tanks work, what to do/not to do, the conditions of the tank, etc. He spend a lot of time on the phone with me. He was very helpful and generous with his time.

Needed emergency services and Xtreme was there for us. Granted we had to pay a little extra for after-hours but it was worth it given all we learned about what was actually wrong with our system. James & Joseph taught me more about my system then any other crew who has serviced us in the past. They were practically upside-down in the tank making sure every corner was clean and every root was removed. They clearly take pride in their work and they earned our repeat business. Our neighbor recommended them to us and I'd recommend Xtreme to anyone else.

The woman who answers the phone and makes appts is amazing and knows customer service. I was trying to find the original septic tank guy who came out 3 years ago and she helped me nail it down by truck color. Genius. However, when this company did not follow through she got me in first thing in am by switching schedule around so I could be first as I was going out of town. You guys rock.
