It's really hard to find integrity the trades anymore, but I'm so glad I went with Xtreme Plumbing. Michael is so honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to pick up a part across town to install in my bathroom sink. And then he came out on a Saturday immediately to fix our leaking water heater. Michael knows his stuff and I think it's cool that he's teaching his son the trade too. So happy to have a dependable, fair plumber in this day and age.

Our pipes were backed up, and he did a very detailed job with the toilets, shower, tub, and sink.
He was so fast that we even decided to have both toilets replaced at the same time.
Michale even gave us advice on water filtration/ soft water systems, water heating fixes, and tips to keep out plumbing issues down to a minimum.
Michael is an excellent technical plumber, with a fantastic personality.

Michael and his team are great. He's installed a garbage disposal and the thermo couple on our water heater (twice bc it's a crappy water heater). My dishwasher was not draining, tried to YouTube it, but I couldn't figure it out! So I called Xtreme Plumbing. Michael arrived first thing and fixed my problem within minutes. Now, I was expecting at least a $50-100 bill, as has been my experience in the past, for minor plumbing issues. Michael was generous and just asked I call him next time for a big job. Lol

So with that in my mind, I called my parents and told them I have the guy they need to redo their pipes. He's professional, licensed and honest. I sent them a photo of his business card and they are definitely going to call him when they are ready for their project.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain and was heading into the weekend. Being new to the area I didn't have any contacts so went on Yelp and called 3 different places and no one called me back. I then contacted Extreme. They got back to me within a few minutes and was able to get someone out within hours. He was so thorough and tested everything even running my dishwasher and testing connections before closing the job. Quick, great service and quality work! The owner even stayed in touch via text updating me on when the tech would be there. Thank you!

I messaged Mike in regards for a quote because our shower would only run scalding hot water. Within a few hours, I heard back from him and we set up an appointment for today between 10am-12pm. He called close to 10am and said that his current job was taking a little longer than expected, so he'll be coming around closer to 12pm (which was much appreciated, so I don't just sit there twiddling my thumbs, wondering when he would arrive since I had to leave for work at 2). He arrived a little before noon, looked at the issued, showed me what was causing only hot water to flow out, told me what it'll cost, went and got a new part, fixed it, and was done in a little over an hour. He was very professional, friendly, and to the point. The price was what I was anticipating it to be, so he won't catch you off guard with surprises there. I'll definitely be using them again if any plumbing issues should arise!

We had a leak in our tub spout. Whenever we used the shower, about 30% of the water would continue to come out of the tub spout. This meant we were a) wasting water and b) not getting the best water pressure from the shower.

My father and I tried to fix this ourselves but didn't get too far before realizing it would be best handled by a professional plumber with the right tools and materials.

We called Xtreme Plumbing based on their reviews on Yelp and proximity to our house. They answered the phone promptly and inquired about our problem. They asked me to text them our home address, which I did immediately. A few minutes later they called back and let me know that they were sending someone over. At that time they also told me the estimated cost for the job (hourly labor cost + whatever it would cost for parts).

Igancio came over about an hour later -- admittedly, this was longer than we were expecting but it wasn't a huge deal. He handed over his card, was polite and did not waste any time in looking at the situation. He explained what needed to be done, asked a few questions about the replacements parts we wanted, and went out to Home Depot to acquire them.

He came back about 20 minutes later, got his tools from his truck, and started work. My father and I watched him (mostly because we were curious to learn why we failed and how he would go about the same issue). About 10 minutes later he was done! He did an extremely clean job -- both on the interior and exterior -- of the fitting. He even patiently answered several questions from us about how and why he went about his fix (again, we really wanted to learn about our failure!)

When it came time to pay, he handed us the Home Depot receipt. Perhaps this is standard practice, but I appreciated the transparency nevertheless.

We are very happy with Ignacio's work and will definitely be calling Xtreme Plumbing again when the need arises. Highly recommended!

I called to get help with a leaky kitchen sink. He sent a worker out that worked with my schedule. During normal business hours and not a ""rush."" Long story short, the worker only had to tighten the u-joint and charged me $120 for the service call. He even tried to sell me the wrench after he fixed it. Wow.

Not a pleasant experience, especially as a single Mom.

Mike was great. At first, we just called to get advice about a new, leaky faucet. He could not have been nicer. Asked us to send picture of pipes and then we called back and he gave us ideas on how to fix leak. Because he did this, we called to have him replace the faucet. Showed up on time and did a very professional job. Now we will use him for other plumbing related problems. Price was what we thought it would be. Highly recommend.
