We needed to have our house repiped. There was a leak, but it was down in the foundation, so repiping was the best solution. Mike was able to give us a great bid, and get the job started right away. The team finished over the weekend. Water runs great, and it was an easy process.

I contacted Mike from Xtreme Plumbing after reading reviews on Yelp. Francisco, one of his technicians, came out and determined I had a lead somewhere in the back yard water line that went out to the garage. My water heater was in the garage. Rather than tear up the yard and patio to find the leak, I decided to install a tankless water heater at the house. I asked for and received an estimate to install a tankless water heater with necessary permit. The permit was never pulled and I made several calls to MIke, with different excuses and promises to follow through with the permit. Bottom lime, I paid for a permitted job and consider his actions dishonest and unethical. Based on my experience, I can not recommend this contractor. Disappointing.

We had rattling noise problem when flushing toilet and/or taking shower for a long while. Had one plumber come in and installed water hammer in each bathroom for over 200 bucks. This didn't fix the problem. Finally had an appointment with mike and he showed up on time and fixed the problem in 5 mins. It is water pressure regulator which might have debris inside and he tweaked it a little bit. After that, noise disappears.... the best of all, he thinks it is too easy and didn't charge me at all. Thanks, Mike! Highly recommend him.

I was definitely glad I got this company to help me with my repiping under my house. My old nasty pipes needed to be replaced and everyone I called wanted to bid way over what I ended up paying. I have great water pressure again and the customer service was awesome thanks Mike!!!

Michael came and tried to help with a leak under the sink. It comes and goes. Well it started leaking while I was on vacation and warped my kitchen floor. Now it is dry and Michael comes and can't find where it's leaking from. He didn't charge me a cent for his time!!!! I will definitely call him back when it starts again.

Called Mike for a leaking under-sink faucet hose and he came first thing on Monday morning, after determining it wasn't an immediate emergency. He figured out that a new faucet assembly was needed due to the permanent and non replaceable fixture of the existing hoses, and went and picked up a new one of the same quality, brand, and features. He quickly installed it and was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Michael reached out to me to apologize for cancelling the emergency leak help. He also offered a free drain cleaning in the future which had a very good value. I understand that sometimes you have to cancel on your appointments, which isn't the best when you have a leaking pipe, but his apology and attention to customer service deserves an update to my previous review.
