So funny to see this business has a 5 stars rating, so my experience with them was I called on Saturday June, 23, 2018 for a plumbing issue in my property in San Dimas. We agreed to meet next day Sunday, June, 24,2018 to do the work between 12pm-2pm. On Sunday, I drove from Down town LA to San Dimas to meet the plumber and I texted him to remind him about our appointment. Here is the surprise, 5 star rating business employee replied back saying that ""all our plumbers are tied up right now and I will let you know as soon someone is available."" AFTER COUPLE HOURS, I GOT ANOTHER TEXT MESSAGE SAYING THAT "" WE WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT TODAY."" I have all the text message saved in case someone wants it for reference.

Therefore, this type of business show have a rating in negative not 5 stars but unfortunately Yelp does not give us the opportunity to rate below ZERO. IN SHORT, SAVE YOU MONEY AND LOOK FOR PROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS THAT RESPECT CLIENT AND TIME.

I have used Xtreme Plumbers on a few occasions for clogged drains and replacing a shower hot and cold lever. After my latest experience I would not recommend their services.
I recently called them to assist me with a water line break outside in which I needed to turn off water to the main house. This happened early in the morning around 8am. After speaking with their secretary I was told they would be able to help me and would dispatch someone by noon. Well, noon arrived and no one showed so I called and was then told they would have someone out by 1:30. I was also told ""no need to call and check again"" that I would be notified when the technician was on their way. I thought that was a little rude.

Well, again 1:30 arrived and no call no show. With a house full of family from out of town I new it would be difficult going much longer without water so I went down to my local Home Depot and spoke with one of their specialists who gave me a few ideas for a simple temporary fix.
So I purchased the necessary supplies and headed home.

Upon pulling into my driveway I noticed two representatives from extreme plumbers. It was now 3:30pm. I explained the situation and told them I had the supplies to temporarily stop the leak. I just needed an estimate for a permanent fix. They were nice and said they could help me out. After assessing the situation they applied a rubber plug with two pressure clips. Took no longer than 5 minutes. Same plan I had! I should have reminded them that I just needed the estimate. My fault!

I was told the cost for service was $125. I reminded them that they were 3 1/2 hrs late, I just wanted an estimate, and the bigger job probably well over $1,000. I was then told they might be able to include the cost of the 5 minute repair into the cost of the bigger job. 3 days later I have not heard from Xtreme Plumbers or received an estimate.
Simply put, I would not recommend their service.

Xtreme Plumbers...an Xtreme Waste of Time!

We had a leaking pipe at our commercial facility that needed fixing. It was a very simple job...only a 20-foot section of copper pipe had to be replaced. Called them to see what their availability was, and they said they could definitely take care of it the next day! I told them our hours of operation and wanted to make sure that would work for them...""not a problem!"" they said.

The next day, one of their plumbers shows up around 9am to check out the problem and give us a price. The price seemed very fair, and he said he would be back shortly after getting together the necessary supplies. This is when things went south...

For some reason, the plumber decided to turn off our water main without telling anyone, or even asking permission to do so. He then left without saying a word to anyone about it...why would you shut off our water and just leave? It was completely unnecessary, and only caused us trouble while trying to figure out what was going on.

A few hours pass by and we haven't heard from the plumber. I call their office to find out when he was planning to come back, and after waiting on hold for a good 10 minutes, I was told that he was just gathering his supplies and would be on his way over soon.

A few more hours pass and we STILL haven't seen the plumber. I call their office again, and after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes, the lady tells me that she will give me a call back in just a few minutes with an update...30 minutes go by and I've heard nothing. That is the last straw! I call them back to find out what is going on, and they tell me that the plumber won't be able to make it back today.

Thanks for being an ""Xtreme"" waste of our time! I should have hired a reputable company to take care of our problem...lesson learned!

I have used Xtreme Plumbing for several years thanks to Orlando and I will always recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service. Every time they have came out they have always been quick, honest and their prices are affordable. It's hard knowing who to trust in the plumbing industry. Luckily I never had to worry since they first started dealing with my plumbing issues. As long as they are in business Xtreme Plumbers will always be my go to plumbers and only plumbing company I recommend! Ask for Orlando he will definitely make sure you are taken care of. He is awesome to work with!

Used Xtreme Plumbers on Saturday for a clogged main drain on an old house in Whittier. They arrived within 2 hours after calling it in. I was worried they wouldn't be available until Monday.

Hector was the plumber and he was great. Very friendly and was willing to answer and explain all issues. I would use them again. Thank you Hector and Xtreme plumbers.

This plumbing service was simply the BEST! I had a massive issue with the kitchen drain line. Fighting a backed up sink for years. Now it's fixed and I couldn't be happier!
I would not ever hesitate to give them a call again! They were up front and honest. Reasonably priced... and they left the job site professional and clean at the end of each day. They were a couple of the hardest working men you've ever seen. I highly recommend xtreme plumbing company to the entire community. Hire these guys, you won't be sorry.

Professional Staff, I received a call from the office to let me know that plumber is on the way. The problems in my kitchen were fix nightly recommended.

Called for a toilet clog on a friday evening. Initial quote was $104. After trying to use an auger, plumber asked to remove toilet. Toilet was removed and drain was eventually cleared. Total time - 2.5 hours. Clean out located directly outside of restroom was not utilized. Plumber advised clog was further down the line since the auger did not work. Final price from the plumber was $365. which was paid in cash. No receipt was given. Was never advised of a price increase. Called the office phone after the plumber left and advised them of the price. They said that was not the correct price and that they would refund at least $100. after speaking with the owner/manager monday morning.
On Monday, the office notified that they would be sending a reimbursement check for $100. with a receipt. Asked again why such a high price and was told all main line drain cleaning is a standard $265. charge. Was never told this at the time of the service. Asked why the clean out was not utilized to which they responded the clog was close to the toilet and the clean out would not have worked. 2 different stories from the office and the plumber that came out.
Have used numerous plumbers that were nowhere near this price and that would update the price increase as needed. Also, never heard of not giving a receipt at the completion of the job.
Will not recommend or use this company again.
