My sink and washing machine were backing up, so, I called around for referrals, estimates, etc. One plumber couldn't do the job in short order but suggested Xtreme Drainworks as his go-to for any drain-related work. I noticed their reviews on Yelp and requested a quote. Within an hour they sent me a quote (very reasonable) and suggested they could be out the same day. I called and made an appointment between 2pm-4pm that day. They arrived by 2:30pm and called when they were 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their way.

Once they arrived, the tech assessed the problem, snaked the kitchen line and was done in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try and upsell me (like so many plumbing places have done in the past) or add unnecessary work. Came in, did the job, answered my questions and left.

I'm very pleased with Xtreme Drainworks and will definitely use them again.

I am very impressed by the turn around time. I sent a Yelp message asking about availability and price at 9:00 am and by 2:15 pm my drain was fixed! Very professional and I really love the 30 day guarantee. Will be calling Xtreme again if I ever have drainage problems again (knock on wood).

We had our two upstairs toilets clogged up pretty bad. We had called a competitor and they were going to charge us a ridiculous amount of money. We called Xtreme Drainworks and Brian came out the same day and fixed it with no problem. Best part is that we were able to save money because his pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend him and his company!

First of all people should know that not all drains can be hydro jetted and that the camera won't always find the blockage. The guys that came were nice and informed me that the hydro jetting most likely wouldn't be able to unclog my outdoor drains, but they still charged me almost $200 for running the camera through the pipes. They weren't able to find anything and told me I should start digging around the drains to find blockages. Overall, frustrating and a waste of $200.

Starting with the initial phone, they were helpful and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment in the exact window of time I needed.

The next day Paul did a great job unclogging my sink. He arrived in the scheduled window, was prompt, professional, and courteous. He left the sink cleaner than he found it! Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Great experience with this company, came and snaked out the drain I asked for the hydro jet for the next day, they came out ran the camera down the drain, turns out didn't need hydro jetting. Awesome men that came out. Highly recommend this company.
