My mother has been having problems with her tub, shower and toilet over flowing since last November. I found Brian with Xtreme Draining on Yelp and the reviews were right. I called on Sunday February 17th and he came when promised. He is patient and reasonable. During this ordeal, Brian came out several times and was always responsive with every call. After Brian had snaked and hydro hosed the line, he found tons of roots at the connection to the main sewer line. Brian called the City of Lemon Grove in our behalf to help fix our problem. When The City of Lemon Grove came out to investigate, they commented on what a great job my plumber did in clearing the line. We will have Brian come out on a yearly maintenance plan. He saved us tons of money, provided excellent service and took the time to explain it all to me. I am so thankful and will be happy to recommend him to anyone else. Thank you Brian for all of your help!

I just had these guys over to fix a clogged drain at 9:30 pm and couldn't go to sleep without commenting on their professionalism.

Jerry and his associate (sorry bud, forgot your name) went above and beyond the call of duty! First, they got here faster than anticipated. And when they got here, I told them about my sleeping children who I didn't want to wake up. Even though we both knew that they'd have to end up running the snake down the toilet drain (an extremely loud process), instead of getting the attitude ""you called me, if I'm loud then oh well,"" they instead tried their best to be as quiet as possible. They whispered; they ran the shop vac with the quickness to drain the toilet; and when it came time to run the snake, Jerry fed it by hand until it reached a sticking point to prevent using the loud motor as much as possible...even to the point of pulsing it like a blender to be as quiet as possible. Throughout the entire process, there wasn't even a move or a peep from either my three year old or three month old.

Thanks guys!! You're definitely going to be the first we call if ever in a jam (or clog) again.

What a great company! I'm a landlady. I got a call late on a Saturday evening, that the toilet and tub were backing up with sewage, which means there was a clog in the main line. Turns out we had roots in the pipes. They came out, fixed the drain and noticed the toilet seal was leaking. They took care of that, as well and charged a VERY fair price! Thanks, Xtreme! You rock!
