Can't give enough praise to Jonathan who just left minutes ago after clearing the kitchen drain pipe... Before he gave the pipe a good rooting my sink was backing up when the upstairs neighbor used their disposal or did laundry...

Not fun to see someone's chicken soup floating up into your sink... and the smell... not only that black water was coming up when i ran the disposal... Even saw little creepy worm like critters that had been washed up from the mass of junk... The smell was enough to gag a maggot... YUCK! But now after Jonathan left the kitchen smells clean and fresh from the cleaner he used... Wish i could find an aftershave that had that fresh scent... but i digress...

Bottom line is from my 1 time experience with Xtreme, they are great. 5 yrs ago a couple of Bozo's from another company came to fix a similar problem and it took at least 2 hours or more... they even got the floor all wet and messy as they went upstairs to flush the drain and water shot out from MY pipe as they had opened it up earlier... Don't call those companies that hire guys named Bubba... lol

Brian gave me his card a year ago in a parking lot. I called the next day and someone came out to clear a drain that same day....I couldn't believe how fast they responded and the reasonable price. Fast forward to two days ago.....the day before the holiday (and a house full of people), we had a toilet clog. I remembered Brian's card, called and they sent Jonathan G over a couple of hours later and he fixed everything...again immediate response, amazing customer service and more than reasonable prices. I want to take a moment to thank Jonathan from Xtreme Drainworks today. First of all, he got here less than an hour after I called to make the appointment even though this wasn't an emergency, just some slow drains. He was fast, efficient and effective. After he cleaned out the drains, I showed him a leaking outdoor drain pipe that the last plumber said was hopeless...and he fixed it! We have had Brian out twice. The first time he had to deal with some MAJOR tree roots in our lines. Victoria in the office was great and then Brian was here right on time, he videoed everything, was very personable and took care of the issue immediately. Then the second time we had someone steal part of our clean out cover and the rest of the cover fell down into the sewer. Brian was here within AN HOUR and was able to take care of that quickly and put us at ease again. My sink and washing machine were backing up, so, I called around for referrals, estimates, etc. One plumber couldn't do the job in short order but suggested Xtreme Drainworks as his go-to for any drain-related work. I noticed their reviews on Yelp and requested a quote. Within an hour they sent me a quote (very reasonable) and suggested they could be out the same day. I called and made an appointment between 2pm-4pm that day. They arrived by 2:30pm and called when they were 20 minutes out to let me know they were on their way.

Once they arrived, the tech assessed the problem, snaked the kitchen line and was done in less than 30 minutes. He didn't try and upsell me (like so many plumbing places have done in the past) or add unnecessary work. Came in, did the job, answered my questions and left.

I'm very pleased with Xtreme Drainworks and will definitely use them again.

I am very impressed by the turn around time. I sent a Yelp message asking about availability and price at 9:00 am and by 2:15 pm my drain was fixed! Very professional and I really love the 30 day guarantee. Will be calling Xtreme again if I ever have drainage problems again (knock on wood).

We had our two upstairs toilets clogged up pretty bad. We had called a competitor and they were going to charge us a ridiculous amount of money.
