The worst, installed air handler at an angel, install shut off sensors where water was overflowing inti the insulation and roof of my home, also said first cleaning was included with installation, 16,000 dollars later and the company basically go to hell, you been warned

Incredibly fast and responsive service. Our technician Robert B. showed up on time and communicated with me prior to his arrival. He was extremely courteous, and told me what needed to be done and gave an accurate estimate. Two days later, Xtra Mile called me that the parts had arrived and scheduled the appointment. Robert called the day of the appointment to say he was on his way and made all of the repairs. Very polite and very professional. I highly recommend Xtra Mile Cooling.

Final eval for Xtra mile = STAY AWAY!!!!!! Here's why: I called hoping for outdoor electrical repair and replacement. I specifically said that I work from home at my parents house and cannot be at the appointment before 5 PM at the location services are needed. Furthermore, I shared this was also in the context that because my father is elderly and has medical needs at 97 years old, I really have to wait until the end of the day before I can meet them for the appointments when I have someone at home with my dad. They agreed and said that a technician will come between 5 PM and 7 PM. They even went as far as confirming this with their supervisor and with the technician that he would be available at this time. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrives at 4:43 PM and is gone by 5:08 PM. I am called by someone at 5:08 PM and, we arranged that I would meet the technician within 10 to 15 minutes (I didn't not know he had already come and gone). At 5:30pm, I called out of concern wondering if the technician was okay only to learn he had long been gone. I checked the cameras. So, What precisely did they do an estimate on? When I called the head office, a representative informed me he gave an estimate to my sister. What for? God knows I never told them specifically what I was looking for only thatim general needed , some outdoor lighting and repair electrical outlets and replacement of electrical outlets outside. Why would they bother just be walking around my yard aimlessly? Why would they have me waste time when they know that the technician had already gone.? What's with all of the lies? What's with all of the lack of communication between their headquarters and their technician and a customer? What's the Problem about making claims to have appointments at times that you know you don't offer those appointments? Needless to say I would not hire this company to do work on my home. They certainly are incapable of handling g or hearing a concern so if they can't manage small matters they certainly can't handle important larger matters. Xtra mile: your tech is basically on video NOT looking in places where I would've asked him to look and help with electrical services . This was a waste of precious time leaving my elderly father to go and meet someone who had already been gone. Like I said, buyer BEWARE... stay away from this company.... They certainly do not listen to the customers concerns and they don't honor anything that they say they're going to honor first with time of service call window and second with hearing customer needs. They obviously don't need my or your money enough that they care what they're being asked to help with. I'm sure it's the end of the day and their technician could only care about being of the clock. Wish granted.

Taylor Legue came out to diagnose the problem I was having with a thermostat. He figured out immediately that the thermostat needed to be replaced but examined the 2 AC units while he was here. he took photos of the units: rusted, loose wires, leaking air, filled drip pans, filthy ducts and vents, etc. I was SHOCKED since we have paid another company for YEARS for annual check-ups. I paid $635 in June for servicing that obviously wasn't performed correctly (if at all) AND that created a leak that had to be repaired 2 weeks later. I feel betrayed b/c we were the first customer of this company decades ago and were """"rewarded"""" for our loyalty with deception and overcharging. Xtramile replaced both units the next day. Taylor gave me his cell number to call with any questions or concerns and I did. Carlos and the installation team worked from 9am to 8:30 pm to complete the job. I am grateful that my prior company ignored several calls over one month to check the thermostat. I was compelled to find another company. Xtramile was recommended by family and I am pleased with the work. thank you Taylor and Carlos

Extremely upset with this company. I have vents that have black spots all over my house. Was told by NUMEROUS vendors it was because the UV light I was sold by XtraMile for $1,000 (!!!!!!!!) wasn't working and was a bulb that you can get at home depot for $70. When I spoke to him, his tone was rude and un-helpful. The man who came out to my house previously for a routine checkup said he could clean the ducts for ANOTHER $1,000. I said no thank you and went online and found various companies that do it for $100!!!!!!! This company is a major rip off. I paid over $8,000 for an HVAC system for a 2/2. What a joke. Please learn from my mistake.

This company in my opinion are gouging fees in sign of these times. It is despicable. I should have known better to call them out when $129 would be expected just for an estimate. I was horrified as the technician explained the breakdown of charges. Xtra Mile Plumbing more than likely have had so many customers reject there extremely high estimates and that is why they charge XTRA just to take a look. I held my breath, was courteous and told him I would pay $129 so he could leave. I am a repeat customer and never expected this result.
