I would give them 5 negative stars if it were possible. Do NOT EVER use this company under any circumstances ever. There is nothing good to say. Never on time, unreliable, the office staff is rude, unprofessional, no customer service, no accountability for their unprofessionalism. Run don't walk as far as you can away from Xpress Rooter 24/7 also known as Right Now Plumbing. Find anyone but them to solve your problems. Save yourself! The WORSE!!!!

My downstairs toilet and shower were backing up, and I contacted Xpress Rooter via Yelp. They were very responsive. They sent a guy out that was very personable, but unfortunately, he didn't have the skill set to resolve the issue. I was charged for that visit, although the downstairs bathroom was unusable. He also left the toilet off the flange where sewer gases were left to permeate the house. He told me what was required. I was to get a quote the same day, and the more experienced plumber was to be dispatched to my home on Wednesday morning. Come Wednesday, I didn't hear anything from Xpress Rooter and had to reach out to them around noon to see if the other plumber was coming out, and I informed them I had yet to receive the estimate. I finally received the quote for the services the first plumber recommended, which was different from what was needed and would have caused significant damage to my sewer line, which would need to be replaced. The more experienced plumber, David Artmen, arrived on Thursday and told me what was quoted was not required and spent around 7 hours fixing my clog. He repaired it and re-installed my toilet. Later I got the invoice which was a fair price; however, I requested that they deduct what I had already paid for the first visit because the issue was not rectified, and my family was exposed to methane gas from the sewer line, which is a health hazard. They refused and conferenced David in on the call. David confirmed everything, and then they muted me because he confirmed what I had told them. They felt I should have paid significantly more than what David had charged. This company is super shady. They wanted to charge me for what was quoted. If they had performed the items on the quote, they would have destroyed my sewer line, and I would have had to pay around $6000 or more to repair what they had broken. So I am thankful David came out, was honest, and had the integrity not to perform the tasks that would have destroyed my line and charged me a fair price. The owner Quintana (Queen), is unprofessional, super shady, and tried to rip me off. I should not have to be skilled in plumbing to know if a plumbing company is taking advantage of me. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy; however, I would recommend David Artmen to perform any plumbing work because he is fair, honest, and has integrity.
