I'm sad that I can only give 5 stars. John is truly the Drain Whisperer. There is no drain that can stand up to John's experience, integrity and flat out stubbornness. We had a clog that was just relentless and John WOULD NOT take ""this isn't working"" for an answer. He took his time and hit it with every tool in his bag until we finally got through! On his way out he casually fixed our garbage disposal like it was no big deal and then we scheduled him for a re-pipe and gas pipe relocation next week too. This dude is a dying breed. Really and truly, a plumber that cares, educates, shows up EARLY, and answers every single question you throw at him.

We had three items in one day, two of which were taken care of with a small snag that another company has to come and fix their wrong. I believe we had the best service as with one, it could have cost us a lot out of pocket. Thank heaven, it was covered by insurance. I would highly recommend JMP Plumbing. Johnny was incredibly polite and prompt. He was dispatched through my warranty company, and I have had prior negative experience with their providers who sometimes I feel collude to deny coverage. Not JMP.

Johnny fixed a loose kitchen faucet, replaced an old air gap, realigned some faucet handles, and replaced a 60 year old laundry machine valve box with new piping.

Having him come back to do a comfort recirculating pump for hot water now too. Such a refreshingly pleasant overall experience. Highly recommend.
