Simply, Johnny was excellent. Friendly, informative and fixed the issue in a few minutes while letting me know exactly where the previous plumber that came out messed up. It's an external pipe that had been leaking for a while. We had a plumber come out in March to ""fix it."" But it began leaking after a few days. Johnny came out and told me why it was still happening and knew exactly what the previous plumber didn't do during his visit. I'll continue to call on JMP in the future. Great service.

Having had my home warranty fail me, Indecided to do a project on here.
JMP was the first to respond to my project request. Their prices were more competitive than anyone else and they were accommodating regarding scheduling. It was easy getting them set up to come to the house.
Johnny arrived near the end of the arrival window, which was actually perfect for me. He took a look at how my toilet had been installed, and gave me a masterclass on everything that had been done incorrectly (which is why he was there).
He carefully demoed some tile, chiseled out some cement that had been added for who knows why, and then installed an industrial toilet flange. This thing is bolted into my foundation and that toilet is going NOWHERE!!
All that work with some good discussion while he worked, and he was *STILL* the lowest bid out of everyone!
And my toilet is FINALLY rock solid, stable, and properly installed! And the finished product looks amazing! You would never know he had to do so much work to get it installed properly!

I'm sad that I can only give 5 stars. John is truly the Drain Whisperer. There is no drain that can stand up to John's experience, integrity and flat out stubbornness. We had a clog that was just relentless and John WOULD NOT take ""this isn't working"" for an answer. He took his time and hit it with every tool in his bag until we finally got through! On his way out he casually fixed our garbage disposal like it was no big deal and then we scheduled him for a re-pipe and gas pipe relocation next week too. This dude is a dying breed. Really and truly, a plumber that cares, educates, shows up EARLY, and answers every single question you throw at him.
