I wanted to take the time to thank Xpert Flood Control for the amazing work they did her at our home. We suffered some flooding in our basement

I was able to get a free estimate from them and took my time to get a few more estimates from other contractors! My final decision was to go with Xpert.

The reason I selected Xpert was because I tell you I had so many questions about the work:

*First thing was all my questions were answered with confidence
*The price was great
*The company lives up to their name and reputation
*They have the best crew working for them
*The crew were very professional, respectful and so nice

But the best part was getting to meet the Father and Son duo.

Sean (son) was so nice and understanding of our situation. The easiest conversation I've had in a long time dealing with contractors!

Patrick (father) was so kind and understanding and I must say he is a true closer. He came to our home and helped us with some work that extended into our home in the basement dealing with some bad work performed by someone who was not a contractor.

They replaced a sewer pipe the same day in our basement.

I must say this experience has restored my confidence in trusting someone to do the right thing especially in these difficult times.

Happy New Year everyone.

Just an update. It's been over six months since Xpert fixed what others would not touch for a fraction of the other providers. Since that time, we in the Chicagoland area experienced some major storms in August and September. Safe to say, I have not had a single problem. I'm sure there will be other floods we will face around the Chicagoland area and I'm sure my system will hold up. Will give an update otherwise.

We just had our flood control system installed. Xpert was very easy to work with - they came in with a competitive quote, were straightforward and responsive, and they worked hard to get us in the schedule before the winter. I'd definitely recommend them!

My basement flooded twice this summer after heavy rains and after many consultations with plumbers, contractors, and neighbors, I decided Xpert Flood Control system was the way to go. Several neighbors got the Xpert system installed over the years and not one of them has flooded since. It's an investment and has given me peace of mind in the last month (not striking fear in my heart whenever rain is in the forecast!).

Sean came over and spent an hour with me going over in detail how the system works and I loved the illustrated easy-to-understand explanations that come in their folders. They are busy so best to get on the calendar! That being said, Alex's crew scheduled within 6-8 weeks as promised and did a great job installing the system. They even worked a full day in the pouring rain and doing so probably prevented the basement from flooding again since they got the shut off valve working that morning. Thank you!!

Sean's quote was the same price I paid, no hidden fees. Shoutout to Maria too who coordinated the installation and was very professional and responsive.

Had some water during recent storms and I called to see what other solutions could be done to help with my problem. Basically they told me to find someone else. This was even said, after I told him that 5 plus years ago i spent $15000 with them. I even said I don't hold them accountable, I just wanted solutions going forward and willing to pay. No thanks Xpert I will find someone else.

On Monday October third my installation of a Flood Control system was completed by Xpert. I was impressed from the president Patric who was actively involved during the installation to Miguel who answered my questions satisfactorily and to Alex and Thomas who installed the system in a diligent, hard-working and professional manner. After months of collecting 7 different estimates from various waterproofing companies in the Chicagoland area, I ended up going with Xpert Flood Control. They actually ended up being the most competitive and knowledgeable estimate.
My project involved a full drain tile system installed in all of my basement so I was very selective about choosing the best company for this big job. From the moment Sean came, I felt that his knowledge and skill stood out from the rest. He explained the situation in a way that was simple to understand and also laid out all my different options.
I quickly booked the job with the understanding that Xpert had a lot of jobs ahead of mine, yet they managed to get to mine ahead of schedule.

The project manager Miguel was extremely helpful and patient with our questions and throughout the whole process, him and his team completed the job within the time frame they committed to.
I was also pleased to see that the owner of the company Patrick, is very involved and helpful. I had a minor concern about an unrelated repair and he was extremely open minded and kindly offered to do the repair for a very reasonable and competitive price, way under market rate.
I appreciate that the whole team is open to any and all questions and they are clearly problem solvers who go above and beyond. I'm so glad I found these guys. Highly recommend for any flood control/water proofing needs!

These guys are great. Professional, informative, on-time, and competitive pricing.

Don't get me wrong -- this is not something you WANT to spend money on (and it's not cheap), but these guys do a phenomenal job. I am almost ""happy"" about the money I spent on this. Almost. Worth every penny!

Patrick walked me through the whole process and came out to inspect the site before and throughout the job. Alex and his crew were on time, knowledgable, and did a great job. I am in awe of the work these guys can do in a few days (and I want to comment again on how meticulous and professional the actual work is--these guys are PROS). Now my home is protected from city backups (we've flooded 3 times in the last year) and I feel totally relieved.

This is an excellent company who solved a long running issue at my house due to work that was done in the past. Sean and Patrick both explained in detail what needed to be done. In addition to installing a new system on the outside of the house they also tore out the defective system on the inside and returned the inside tile drain to it's original state.

Miguel, Juan & Gabriel were awesome!!! they worked their tails off even though half the time they had bad weather to deal with. There was minimum downtime in the house which we really appreciated.

Will highly recommend them to anyone needing help in the future...

Great experience working with Sean, Patrick and everyone at Xpert. Another company quoted me a much more expensive project and wanted me to detach my front porch and move it! Sean came to give me a quote and even had Patrick come to give a 2nd opinion. They figured out a way to install the flood control system cheaper, sooner and without needing to move my steps. and while their schedule was booked a few months out, when they had an opening sooner, they squeezed me in!
Patrick came out personally to check on the job several times. Their crew was friendly, professional and took great care not to damage my property, including my lawn.
