Denise was absolutely fantastic and even put up with a less than stellar home warranty company.

She went way out of her way to take care of my family and get our water heater replaced and return our home to normal as fast as possible.

Zach was very informative and very personable when he came to my residence and explained everything thoroughly.

From the start of the home warranty claim, to installation, was just about less than 24 hours.

Had a water pressure issue so they were assigned by my warranty company. They scheduled for Wednesday, so I took off work. Wed arrived and they called to reschedule for Friday. I took off work again. They never showed Friday nor did they answer the phone. I left a voicemail with no callback. My warranty co called them and still no answer. Needless to say they assigned another company.

They have represented HWA on three or four occasions in the last few years, and have always been very timely, as well as professional, and made the necessary repairs to our satisfaction.

My experience with Xcalibur Air and Plumbing had not been positive in any way at all. They were assigned to come diagnose and fix a plumbing leak at my home by my home warranty company. When they arrived the first thing they asked for before any other conversation was the $75.00 trade fee which is essentially my deductible. I don't mind paying this at all but was off putting that this was their main concern not the plumbing issue. Then the technician spent approximately 5-10 minutes at my house and said he would send a report via email to myself and the warranty company. This was a week ago. No contact to either myself or my warranty company. I have made multiple attempts at contact and have only gotten them on the phone a couple of times just to be told the report is not done and someone would get to it. Mind you this whole time the water is shut off to the entire house so this is not a minor issue. I am honestly of the opinion at this point that this is the norm for them. They work with warranty companies and collect numerous fees only to do no actual work. I guess you could make a decent living doing this but it seems like bad business to me. If they had reached out at all and try to follow up I would not be writing this. At this point I've asked for my claim to be reassigned. I would stay away from Xcalibur Air and Plumbing if anyone is looking or needing service.

I have a service claim with HWA home warranty and fee of 75.00 up front. Out of all the problems I had the only work the plumber did was caulk around my bathtub faucet plate. I also have a main house drain clog and a few leaks in bathroom drain pipes that show up in my ceiling downstairs. However, all the plumber was "able" to do was tell me what I already knew. Most plumbing companies do not tear down Sheetrock, but even when I said I would do it, Xcalibur would charge me for fixing leaks. Despite the fact my HWA plan covers leaks inside home up to 1k in labor. My clog in main pipe to street was ignored and he could not do a camera snake bc he claims not a covered item. So basically I paid for a 75.00 caulking job that I could do myself. Nice! It's a shame the lady that scheduled the appointment couldn't go over what would be covered or not. Seems like a scam to collect 75.00 fees. I will never get a HWA warranty plan again or call Xcalibur to fix your plumbing issues.

yeah, do not call these people, they installed the wrong outside unit and didn't finish the job from june to july. Please save yourself the trouble

Property manager contacted me as a tenant at one of my rentals had no AC. Breaker had tripped and they mentioned it was discovered the compressor went out. My property manager let me know it needed to be approved as it was over authorization. I received the quote and approved. Xcalibur went out on a Saturday tto quickly fix for my tenant. Happy tenants are paying tenants.

Rating this company at all on this scale feels incorrect because they would honestly be rated below 1 star if you ask me. We had a problem with our ac unit and it just stopped working. Xcalibur Air and Plumbing was brought in by our landlord company to do the replacement of the outside unit and inside unit. It took over 2 weeks to get them out here and then once they were here the part needed to get the ac running after installation was blown and they couldn't get another until Monday. So we went another weekend without ac. When the part arrived they came back out to put it in and finish the repair and when they left everything was said to be fine. They were messy and unprofessional. They left behind trash and pieces of piping in my upstairs unit, left huge stains on my carpet, and had really shotty workmanship in their practices. When we mentioned the carpet to them they had the audacity to tell me they didn't do that and that it was already there when they arrived! I've never dealt with such a rude and low character, zero respect for others things, crew as I experienced with this company. They also had to repair our water heater and left that area a mess as well. They tore off trim around it that they didn't replace and that we had to have them come back out to fix it. Now that its freezing outside we go to turn on our heat and guess what....big surprise, IT DOESN'T WORK! So over a month after our initial request for repair and we still don't have all our ducks in a row thanks to the unprofessional-ism and the lack of integrity that these guys posses. We are beyond peeved and would never recommend them to ANYONE! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I just bought a new house. The inspector found a leak in the shower and it was made a condition of the sale that the owner repair it before we buy. The owner hired Xcalibur Air & Plumbing. They provided us an invoice stating the repair was done. We moved in and the first shower I took left gallons of water on the floor. I called Xcalibur and they said " Don't worry, we guarantee our work" They came back out and threw some more caulk on the shower and told me to wait 24 hours before turning on the water. Next day....gallons of water on the floor. They said that they originally replaced the cartridge and it may be defective. Upon inspection they said that I must have a leak behind the wall. I asked how long it would take them to repair it to which they replied. "We're sorry we have done everything we are going to do. We fixed the leak". To which I replied, If you fixed it, why is it still leaking? Truth is, they didn't take the time to diagnose the problem properly and now they will not stand behind their work. I was going to contract them to service all my AC and plumbing but now would not recommend using Xcalibur Air and Plumbing to anybody. They have no integrity
