I separately needed help removing a soaked carpet during 5 days of heavy rain. I called around and was sounding pretty upset because the water was getting deeper by the hour. This company and the young man in charge told me he would see what he could work out . 20 minutes later he was here with a couple of his crew, overtime on a weekend and they were amazing! The room was 30x12 feet long and the carpet and pad had to be cut into strips rolled up put in plastic bags and carried out piece by piece. Trying to dry it was never an option. Half an hour later it was done.,floor was being mopped and sprayed for mold and not once were they anything but professional, fast, informed and trying to keep the mood light!!! I couldn't have asked for a better team that night. I would highly recommend this company and those young men anytime. Their employer, the owner called to check and see how things were going and if they needed anything else. What was an insane situation turned out wonderful. Kudos to the company and the team that saved my house. I am forever grateful. .

We had a slow leak in our kitchen that was causing damage to the cabinets and floors.
Xact initially did exactly what they were supposed to do for me, which was to detect the leak and stop it. Then, the technician, Joe Cervantes, who was dispatched to us, appeared to favor interest in selling their services that were not covered by insurance, and advised me to cancel an existing home warranty service request that was already scheduled.
So, he successfully sold his services to us, and did not show up on the scheduled date and time, thus putting us in a situation in which we had to pay for a same day, emergency plumbing repair service through another private company. This additional cost, in my opinion, could have been easily avoided. I wish things could have worked out differently. If the priority was on taking care of the issue at hand first, we might have a different relationship with Xact.

Top quality service and very prompt service. We had a hot water line leaking in our foundation. They found it quickly and had it repaired in 1 day.

They are prompt and do an excellent job when it comes to finding and fixing the problem. A bit pricy though for me.
