I contacted X-Spurt to have them install a Pelican whole house water filtration system. They were my second choice after one of of the big boys quoted me what seemed like a stupid-high price. Phil called me back within 10 minutes of my voicemail; set up a time for just a couple of days hence; showed up, and installed the tank with no muss or fuss. Also, charged me a fair price. THEN, he took at look at my newly installed tankless hot water heater and made an adjustment that will speed up the delivery of hot water by a factor of 10x.

Before Thanksgiving I discovered a leak in my kitchen that was ruining the wood floor. I called Phil, who I'd used twice before. He asked for me to text him pictures. I did. He did not respond. I twice sent him more messages. Ultimately I found another plumber.
I ran into him at a friend's house last week; he all but called me a liar about his unanswered messages.
I told him not to worry I would NEVER call him again.
If possible I'd give him a minus star for arrogance and rudeness

Best plumber ever... I had recently purchased a Pelican whole home water filtration system with UV (PC-1000), and after putting off doing the installation myself, I called Phillip Davidson at X-Spurt Plumbing, and I'm so glad I did. Phil did an amazing job installing the system, way better than I could have envisioned... he's super neat and meticulous, and used the space we had so wisely, that it's almost like it's not there (see attached pics). I like his sense of organization and flow, using lots of right angles, which appeals to me, and he did the whole job in just a few hours. My hat's off to Phil, and I highly recommend him if you're considering an honest, well organized and efficient local plumber!

Got to love the name of this company, and the owner...Phillip. Phillip is all about quality. His contacts before my appointment were professional and informative. Phillip arrived exactly on time and installed my water filtration system. He did a beautiful job, disconnected my existing salt based system and installed the new system, leaving a clean and updated process that I'm thrilled to have. This guy is great! So happy I shopped around before going with another provider.
