Majid was a professional through the whole process, probably the best experience I have ever had with a home repair expert! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry on Yelp and showed up at my place exactly on time. He wore shoe booties without me even having to ask -- what a professional! As to the problem, I was having issues with a faucet not flowing water. Majid took a look at it and solved the issue in seconds, and didn't even charge me for it. I felt bad for wasting his time and offered to pay whatever he thought was reasonable, but he would not take my money. What a nice guy. I highly recommend this company for your future plumbing-related issues.

I initially told him not to to come because I thought I figured out the problem at the last minute, but I was wrong --- he correctly figured out why my upstairs bathroom was leaking water into my garage below and he did a great job fixing the problem.

In the scheme of things, indoor plumbing isn't something I ordinarily give a lot of thought to... that is, until something goes wrong. Like, say, a suddenly clogged toilet that won't flush, no matter how many times you diligently plunge it. Not a pretty picture. Especially when it happens over a long holiday weekend, and the prospect of waiting until the next business day for a repair is too grim to contemplate.

Enter Majid of Xray Plumbing, who immediately responded to our SOS early on a Sunday morning, and promptly arrived to assess the problem just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the situation, which required temporarily unbolting the commode from the bathroom floor to remove the offending culprit (an errant anti-bacterial wipe that had mistakenly been flushed). Majid re-bolted and re-sealed the toilet in under an hour. Voila! Problem solved... and for a reasonable fee that conformed to his stated estimate as well!

I highly recommend this small business if you ever find yourself in a lurch (or up Schitt's Creek?) as we did. Majid is knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Shelling out $ for an unexpected repair is never fun...but it's far more. gratifying to put it into the pocket of a competent, non-corporate tradesman who works hard and knows what he's doing. Majid is super helpful. He quickly responded my quote through Yelp msg first with patience and professionalism. Love the msg way of quoting over calling. He helped us solve the problem of our bathtub water mysteriously turning green. Even just help us checking the problem. He helped us do lots of experiments and got the problem solved without taking any charges. Would want to contact him again if some real problems come back next time. :)

Majid came out and inspected 5 toilets, helped properly fix a hose that was not positioned correctly (which another plumber had installed), plunged another toilet, and provided options to either snake or replace a 13-yr old toilet that likely didn't have a clog but was functioning slowly. I decided to wait. There was no charge for inspection and quote. It was absolutely helpful to be informed.

Our faucet's handle was difficult to operate making it hard to turn on and off the water as well as the faucet was many years old and not working as well as it should have been. Majid answered my Yelp request super quick and was able to schedule when it was best for us. We were not in any rush but he still scheduled us the next day which was great!

He walked me through what would be the best solution and different prices. He came in at the lowest price for labor and finding the parts that we wanted across all the requests I made.

When he arrived he was professional, quick, and on time! When he showed me the invoice, it was detailed and showed every step that was taken and provided warranty on the labor. I kept his business card and will use him again if anything pops up!

We returned from a weekend getaway and the shower was backed up especially when the toilet was flushed. Mind you, we had been experiencing clogged pipes on and off for a while. The regular guy we called would just snake the main drain and call it a day. I did a Yelp search and requested a quote for a plumber and I chose X-Ray Plumbing and Drain based on his immediate response and availability. This guy was so awesome. He snaked the main drain as well as the sink. Once we told him we keep experiencing this, he then proceeded to try and figure out why. He went into the crawl space and used the snake camera to try and figure out why this keeps happening. Come to find out, the plumbing has lots of sharp angles and was originally done very cheaply making it difficult for a good flow. He was at our place until after 10pm trying to figure out this issue. A few days later he called back to check and see how things were going. So friendly, so nice, very thorough, and knows what he is doing.
