Midnight Thursday: rainstorm. Friday, 5 a.m.: full on water dripping through the garage ceiling everywhere. 7:30 a.m.: Called X-Ray and they showed quickly that morning. After examining the pipes, water meter and roof, he clearly explained that the source (for better or worse) wasn't a ruptured pipe/plumbing, but rather our poorly draining roof deck.

He apologized it wasn't it their wheelhouse to further diagnose or fix the deck, but after cleaning up after himself started to leave citing no payment! I mean, wha? Even spending time and effort to discover what wasn't the cause...then no charge? What is this, the 1950's or something? Epic.

Super courteous and professional the whole way through, from prompt response to my urgent call, explaining his rationale why it wasn't the plumbing; and of course to the end of the work-visit. 5 stars and I certainly have them in my contact list if any future plumbing needs come up. Give them a call!

Yousef came over on time and went right to work. My kid had flushed the toilet paper roll holder down the drain and got it out and saved our toilet in about an hour and half. That's pretty reasonable as he had to take off the toilet, snake it, and put it back while keeping everything clean. Great work.

Majid came on time & ready to help me with my water leak detection for my rental in the inner sunset. He spent time looking for the leak in my tenants apartments, garage, back yard & back yard. Amazing service! Majid came by on time to inspect the issue with my sink. He fixed it within 10minutes. After he left I realized my other sink had issues so I frantically called him back and he was so gracious about coming back to fix the other sink. Very kind and skilled.
