I called X-Ray to come out and replace our old backyard spigot that wouldn't close properly. I was concerned that I could break something if I tried this myself and could get stuck with my water shut off and an emergency situation. Majid of X-Ray Plumbing came out, on time, and quickly ascertained that my spigot was fine. It only needed a little encouragement. He talked me out of replacing the spigot anyway, since it wasn't broken at all and wasn't wearing out. Didn't even charge me for the house call. Guess who I call first if I really have a problem!

He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry on Yelp and showed up at my place exactly on time. He wore shoe booties without me even having to ask -- what a professional! As to the problem, I was having issues with a faucet not flowing water. Majid took a look at it and solved the issue in seconds, and didn't even charge me for it. I felt bad for wasting his time and offered to pay whatever he thought was reasonable, but he would not take my money. What a nice guy. I highly recommend this company for your future plumbing-related issues.
