This Plumbing company did work on the apartment above me and damaged my apartment.  I called them 5 times to discuss and they do not return phone calls or accept responsibility even though I have 3 witnesses.  They need to be sued.  Do not use them  They are cowards and afraid to return a call. The worst!

After using/paying Wynn Plumbing for decades, I've now had days of being told a plumber would show up, but no one comes, then told I'd get a phone call to schedule a plumber, and that didn't happen, either. No plumber, no phone call. It's one thing to be busy and say so, it's another to offer service, and not deliver, leaving someone without a working sink on a Friday, and no options. So much for honesty and loyalty to long term customers. Don't call them.

Very unprofessional!! Not reliable!!
I live in a small building of 15 apartments; 4 apartments need work so that's a huge project for us. They quoted us $210/hr. Ok, we'll manage. We had an appointment today 6/1/20. We were told they'll be here between 11-1. Upon arrival at 2:30pm, they were not professional but they're plumbers not customer service so it's ok. However!, the guys went to one apartment and no one answered, so they went to the next and told the woman ""we'll be back"", and NEVER CAME BACK!
My building's president called the office...
Office: My guys said no one was home.
My building: that was only 1 apartment. We have 4 in need of service. They didn't go to all 4. They went to 2 of them and just left us hanging!
Office: Oh I sent them on an emergency call and they're not able to come back at all.

I had them six months ago to install piping for the Aquasana whole house water filter system. It was expensive but worth every penny.

Before them I had tried another well known plumbing company. They flooded my house and did not pay for the damages. My home insurance had to cover it later.

Wynne Plumbing's people on the other hand did a good job. I have had no problems since then. I trust them now.

I was psyched to call them, as I had received a wholehearted recommendation from my local plumbing store for my immediate four bathroom needs - not to mention my kitchen. However, the telephone was answered by a totally unenthusiastic women, who could not schedule my appt. She said the dispatcher would call me back in a little while; he never did. Two or three days later, on a Thursday I called after 4pm (their website says they're open until 5pm), and got VM. I left a message. I have never heard from them.

Watch it with billing. They told me they would give a free estimate and are still sending me an unwarranted bill three years later.

They showed promptly as per appointment to inspect the problem at 9:00am on January 12th. Suggested replacing the coils, took photos, and advised that someone would be getting back to me shortly with cost. 17 days and 5 phone calls later I am still waiting to hear from Brian, apparently the only person who can work up a costing. Each time I'm told he's out/busy, it will be following ASAP, they're very busy, etc. So I sit here in a room without heat (which they have been made aware of numerous times). I would rather be told they can't/don't want to do the job so I could have made alternate arrangements much earlier. Worst customer service I have experienced in years. Don't bother!!!

these guys came highly recommended by my broker, and they lived up to the expectation. they were thoroughly professional at every step. I was told my appointment meant they'd show up sometime to install my faucet between 9-11 am, but there was no waiting game like for the cabe guy, they showed shortly befor 9 am and were done before 11!

They didn't even bother to show up to the 1st appointment. We gave them another chance because another reviewer had said they were highly rated on Angie's List but when I called to confirm the appointment they had no knowledge of it. They finally sent guys an hr later but then never followed up with an estimate. Total waste of time. (And so much for Angie's List reviews...).
