We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, ""install of a shower system provided by the customer."" We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

Called for service on my LG ice maker.
They were able to come out next day.
Robert the technician was on time, courteous, professional and respectful of property. Ice maker was bad. They had one on the truck was able to fix same day . Very pleased. 4 days later I call back now frig and freezer not staying cold. Robert comes out again next day. Robert goes out of his way to read the paperwork I received earlier from LG about a bad compressor . He makes the extra effort to check to see if it's working.. it's not. Luckily he points out it's still under warranty with LG.
I would highly recommend this company, very honest!

I contacted Wyman Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing gas lines that had corroded and were leaking gas. Felicia, the Wyman representative, informed me there would be a 65.00 charge to provide an estimate...what??? I contacted a number of other plumbing companies that provided a free estimate. Considering Wyman's high customer satisfaction rating, I am guessing charging for estimates is a way of keeping their workload at a more comfortable level. If you read the ""From this business"" section here on Yelp, Wyman Plumbing states they provide a FREE estimate, I guess that applies to estimates that do not require Wyman Plumbing to drive to the prospective customer's location or invest time to make the estimate.

Called to make an appointment. $95. Told them it was a gas Kenmore dryer showing an F01 code. Thought they would be prepared for that. Guess it was too much to ask for. Guy arrives and didn't know what house it was. Comes in my house and starts searching the internet. He said he wasn't sure what it needed - really? Gives me a quote to replace a small part which is about $65 plus $150 for 20 minutes labor (1 hour minimum) plus the $95 diagnostics fee (internet search). If you're a senior on a fixed income stay clear. I know gas is high and prices are rising but this is just plain price gouging.

My dryer stopped getting hot yesterday. I called them this morning to see if anyone could come..not expecting it to happen today or tomorrow. They were at my house in less than an hour and my dryer was repaired so quickly! Turns out we had a small fire inside the dryer. This made my momma heart stop at the thought of nearly having a fire in my home. I didn't realize how important it is to have your dryer and vent cleaned...I will definitely be using them again in the future!

A huge thank you to Wyman plumbing for finally correcting a plumbing problem for me. The first two plumbers were too lazy or couldn't figure out the problem with my toilet. Plumber Charlie from Wyman, took the time to figure it out and fix it, thank you and thank goodness! Very professional and right on time.

I had actually decided on Tamra and her company Wyman Plumbing last year before we moved from out of area into our new home. After noticing that most of our shut off valves were frozen, had no handles anymore or were flat out scary looking, I decided to have Wyman come out sooner than planned and do all shut off valves and supply lines. Their plumber Daquon pointed out that the main shutoff valve into the house was beyond old and probably shouldn't be touched, we replaced that one too. Wyman's prices are fair, they use quality parts, and their plumbers are friendly, and you can tell they know their stuff. I've used a ton or plumbers in different homes over the years, Wyman Plumbing is tops for us. Don't hesitate to call them.

For liability purposes, I called to have a gas line hooked up to the dryer in my home. Nikki scheduled for a licensed plumber to come out for the job. She is very thorough and had communicated with me every step of the way.

Skyler and Eric arrived at my home promptly and completed the job and while the work was very simple, the little things are the big things for me. Skyler and Eric were both professional, personable, and friendly. They even installed the hoses from my washer to the waterline without me asking.

I highly recommend Wyman and will only look to them for any other future work in my home.

Wyman plumbing recently replaced our disposal for us. Their office staff was a pleasure to deal with and the technician , Jason was very efficient and prompt and did a great job. They will definitely be our go to plumber in the future.
