If I could give less stars I would... Being a business owner, hopefully this will be a wake up call to their customer service team. I called to ask if I could schedule a service call for my salon only to be cut off and told they are not accepting new clients at this time and that they were """"2 weeks out."""" Since this WAS a referral, I was willing to wait the 2 weeks so I asked if they were taking clients after the 2 week wait... She rudely cut me off and said """"NO!"""" and hung up. I am glad they have enough business to treat potential customers like this. In this world, kindness is key. Shame on you.

Things have changed. I've changed my mind about my previous 5 star rating comments and rather than elaborate...I just won't further endorse Wyco Plumbing on Yelp nor make any future client referrals.
