I am over this place . I just drove for 30 min to get there for a part they said they had before I left . Of course they didn't have it when I got there . The excuse was ridiculous . The guy says after I hung up I saw I only have one . Well why did you tell me you had them when I was on the phone? What was I on hold for ? To check a catalog to see if you could order them ? I have the internet . I can order them . You were asked if you physically had them on hand so I could come procure them . You lied costing me time and money . That's the last time

The people who work here are friendly & the quality of the mercandise is great. I have antique plumbing fixtures and more than once they have had in stock exactly what I need....and if they don't have it, they will order it. I think their prices are very fair. I always have a good shopping experience here

They always have what you need. They are quite a bit more expensive than their competitors, but sometimes it is worth it just to have the item here in town
