I have been using Wyatt works for over a year for my business but no more. Their service is unacceptable. Called in to have them fix my commercial grease trap on a Saturday. The person who answered tried to find someone but was unable to. No big deal, they scheduled me for Monday. Monday comes and nobody was showing up so I called for an eta. They said they're too busy to work on grease traps right now. After me complaining for a little while she scheduled me for the following Monday. Then today (Friday) they called me to refer me to another company because they don't work on grease traps any more. And guess what? Apparently, neither does the company they referred me to. Nice! After 2 weeks of being strung along, I'm done with them. If you're not going to do something just tell the customer right away. Telling a customer yes and then refusing to do the work is bs. Regarding Wyatt Works comment: we're all struggling with this which is fine. I get it. My business is struggling with it more than most. But to schedule a job, then reschedule, then just cancel is just not a good way of doing business. Just tell someone from the start that you're too busy instead of stringing them along for two weeks and then canceling. That's not covid related. It's just bad business.

WyattWorks is extremely experienced; professional; responsive and thoughtful! My 92 year old mother was having a major plumbing issue inside her home that required an emergency call to WyattWorks. A call late at night I might add.

Quick background on my mom. She knows everyone in Wickliffe and is universally loved! WyattWorks didn't know my mom. They just know that she needed help: after hours. Wyatt was there immediately; and in a time of COVID 19, the technician followed social distancing guidelines.

He also fixed the problem with courtesy, AND, the company gave her a very generous price break because of her age.

In a time of need and in a time when compassion is needed, WyattWorks plumbing perfectly did their job!

My water heater went out last night and WyattWorks was able to respond right away and sent out a technician first thing the next morning. Kevin was both courteous and professional. He laid out the different options I had and was able to remediate the problem right away. Highly recommend if you are looking for great communication and a professional service done right.

Services were solid but prices are ridiculous with this company. It was a $20 part that took less than 30 minutes to install. They charged me $337.00. I should have researched before agreeing to the service. Way better values out there in NE Ohio and if you skim the reviews you will see I'm not the only one getting ripped off by these guys.

Husband out of town, water tank broke and required replacement.
They were responsive but I felt they took advantage of me and charged me $2100 to replace the tank. I called the owner and told him my concerns and he tried to minimize it by saying I had their best guy on the job! I didn't realize their prices vary on the person they send out!
The guy was in and out in less than 4 hours! This is a company that takes advantage of people in a unfortunate situation! BTW I don't mind paying extra for same day work, but feel this was extreme and a total rip off!

There aren't a lot of plumbing companies out there that are responsive, courteous, professional, and reasonable. Wyatt Works is one of them. Our technician Alan assessed our needs and was fair and honest about what needed to be fixed/replaced. He was professional and efficient in his work. We even received a hand-written thank you note from the office a few days later - that's class!

Excellent job. We had had a garbage disposal that was shooting up water from our sink every time we used it. Also our upstairs bathroom had extremely low water pressure, and no matter what we tried we couldn't seem to fix it even after several YouTube videos and trips to Home Depot.

I called Wyatt Works and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly, asking specific questions, and she was patient with me as I didn't really know much about plumbing.

It only took us about a day and a half before they were able to squeeze us in which was entirely reasonable. The service tech came over, did a thorough diagnosis, explained to us what the issue was, and gave us several options.

They repaired everything magnificently! Our upstairs bathroom sink and flows well now with excellent water pressure.

Our kitchen sink had to be completely redone, for the original plumbing was poorly installed. Wyatt Works did all the work quickly and efficiently.

I highly recommend Wyatt Works. My only complaint is that we paid almost $700 for maybe three hours of work. I don't see why a plumber should be paid over $200 an hour. I do think that's excessive, so know they are very expensive.

However, this was a significant issue in our home, as far as we are concerned. So if both sinks are good to go from here on, then I consider the job worth it, I guess. Regardless, I would definitely Wyatt Works again if had a plumbing issue. Excellent job!!!

Even though these guys are in Wickliffe, they had received high marks for the west side and were able to come to Mom's rescue.
John, Ryan, Pete and Larry all showed up over a two day marathon to solve a major plumbing problem at my Mother's house in Parma Hts. They were all thoughtful, respectful and most of all successful. All of these guys are appreciated and I would recommend them to anyone.

So...
Had a hot water heater issue. After a few visits we figured it all out. It took two visits due to Jamal trying to save me money as well as my older house had some very confusing pipes (hence why I called instead of YouTube university) causing the issues to be multiple things and hard to pinpoint.

The negatives a bit pricey and hard to schedule. My reasoning your paying a little extra because you get extra. The service was perfect, Jamal wasn't rude about me hovering to learn or was he aggravated by my suggestions. He was upbeat knowledgeable and patient, because I'll admit I'm very inquisitive when it's something I don't know. So price is offset by service. I can't blame scheduling on them either I called the day before Christmas so that's my fault as well. I only mentioned it because some places who don't care about there employees as much would rush some one over. So it's kind of a plus in my eyes.

Positives. Everything... if you're in the Cleveland area and don't mind a little extra for a ton more service you MUST CALL these guys first. I'm not a major 5 star guy I cap at 4 unless your exceptional, and these guys are.

I typically do plumbing work myself, but I had a sink drain that I just couldn't get. I decided to call a pro and scheduled an appointment. The process was quick and easy and i scheduled an appointment with no rush since this wasn't an emergency. Rebecca and Emily were very helpful and professional getting the appointment set up and updating me on the arrival time.

Larry came to fix my drain, and was the most thorough and professional plumber I've ever hired. He gave me several options to fix the issue at different price points. After snaking the drain once, it wasn't perfect so he did it again. No mess and the clog is fixed! He gave lots of tips to keep things running smoothly before he left. The bathroom is cleaner now than when he arrived!

Worth every penny, don't hesitate to call!

Update 9/18/18: The drain is still working great!
