Hired them to install a tankless water heater and install new lines for washer. Install crew was great but owner has an attitude problem. The tankless gas water heater had a gas leak. We called him to come out and check and he told us the smell had to do with the existing venting through the roof and that the venting was probably blocked. Called another plumber to come out and check and he found a small gas leak in the work Wyatt did. We are lucky someone didn't die.

When I contacted owner about what the other plumber found he half-heartedly apologized and would only pay $95 of the other plumber's bill to fix his incomplete work. Also, when the inspector came out, they were required to move one of the drain pipes. Wyatt simply cut one of the PVC pipes they installed and fed it through a drain leaving an unsightly hole in my floor.

Don't use these guys or if you do don't make the mistake of paying them until everything is signed off on.
