I had a clogged drain and WW Rooter able to get it fixed in less than half an hour. He charges a flat rate no matter how long it takes and doesn't charge anything if he can't fix it. Great value! Highly recommend!

If you have a clogged drain, look no further. I can't recommend Mort highly enough. I called ten minutes before his listed closing time and told him what my problem was (backed up kitchen sink that had outsmarted me). Without batting an eyelash, he tacked me on to the end of his day and was at the house in under an hour. Sometimes that means a person just wants to cram a little extra cash into a day's work. There's nothing wrong with that, but while he was here it was clear he really wanted to solve the problem. He described every step of the process tracking it down, fixed it, double checked it, made suggestions about what to do next to keep the drain pipes healthy and clear, and on top of all that... he guaranteed that if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. He is honest and truly helpful, and will be my first call for this kind of work from now on.

We had an issue with our toilets not flushing and they started backing up....I called Mort and I could tell by his """"blunt"""" no-nonsense style on the phone he was the right guy. My intuition was right! He was extremely knowledgeable and was great at explaining our system and what may or may not be the problem and ended up finding the problem. He also showed us how to prevent any future clogs from causing backups inside the house. He is definitely the guy you want in these situations.

If we could give more than five stars, we would. This was an excellent experience. Prompt, efficient, professional and reasonably priced. We had two bathtub drains that were clogged.
