We had to use them due to our warranty. They replaced the heating elements and when it didn't work sent out another guy who confirmed the water heater was done. He never took out the new heating elements and they were forgotten when we took the old water heater back to get a new one per the warranty. The older man that came out first calls me A WEEK LATER and asks if we took out the old heating elements before taking it back. I told him no, of course I didn't think of it. But why didn't he tell the second guy to take them if he knew we had to get a new water heater. Why did it take two people to see it was done. He tells me ""well I guess we aren't going to make any money"". The warranty pays for parts but I pay labor so your getting paid. I spoke to the office about it and the warranty should pay for all parts, I just pay labor, and they said they would call me back. Never heard from them and today I get a bill for labor and parts. The old man had no customer service skills and was rude. Didn't tell me he was dumping the calcium deposits and just left the mess in my garage floor. I would of rather just had the second guy who came out deal with everything and figured it out the first time.

I honestly wish I could give them negative stars. the first day they were no shows..no call...nothing. when they did finally show up, two weeks later...he did the work on the wrong bathroom. horrible experience all around.
