WTL inc is a Company that is horrible and part of the scam AAA uses to screw homeowners over. They make up lies so the claim gets denied my AAA and the adjusters are part of the scam. How can AAA let this happen to there hardworking customers? Why isn't AAA investigating all these complaints on what is happening to minorities that have their homeowners insurance? This needs to STOP. WTL is also Very unprofessional and rude. Also, AAA and there adjusters let WTL sell you on services and force you to use them. How can struggling minority homeowners afford to pay for the overpriced services that the AAA adjuster tells you to get from WTL? STAY AWAY.

Attention everyone do not use this company. Recently my parents hired a plumber to do some repairs in their house. They decided to called AAA insurance to ask some questions regarding what was cover or not under the homeowner insurance .The next day WTL guys was at my parents' door to do the plumbing job. I am not happy because my parents did not hire this incompetent company that steals job from other plumbers. I found out later on that AAA hired this company to do the job so they don't have to pay the insurance policy premiums to their customers. This is absolutely disgusting by AAA insurance because this guys did a bad job at my parents' house. WTL are scammers and fraudulent company. My advised is if you need to hire a plumber and you have AAA as your insurance company do not call them prior to do the plumbing job. Call them after the job is completed . They have no choice that pay the homeowners premiums. WTL lie to the customer because they work in conjunction with AAA insurance, This AAA insurance cut them a check, so WTL willing to lie about their diagnostic. This is completely pathetic.

don't use this company. they give false assessment. they are in cahoots withAAA insurance. don't ever call your insurance ompany first. they will bring WTL plumbing out to give false assessment and deny your claim. WTL tried to say my customer in new Baltimore had no coverage because water was coming off the bath tub ledge. and the guy from WTL was proud to act like there's no coverage 5 days later I met AAA adjuster and the water clearly came from bad plumbing pvc was dripping so I was able to get this covered.
please do that make a claim without calling a restoration company first if you call AAA first they're going to bring out WTL plumbing and it's not going to be favorable to you the insured. Unfortunately this is a vicious cycle that we are having to deal with. Once again, if you want a plumbing company who has compassion and cares about the customer, do not call WTL plumbing out of Clinton Township building, Michigan.

Mike and his crew came out initially to verify a problem in the waste stack that led to a leak through a floor to the basement. Not only did he diagnose how it happened, he confirmed that the intitial company who supposedly completed the job had not yet fixed the main issue. We hired Mike to really fix it, and he and his crew were courteous, punctual, polite, and professional. Mike was beyond honest and friendly, and he sympathized with how we'd been duped the first time by a well-known local company. I will definitely hire him again should I need plumbing work. Thanks so much for making a horrible situation tolerable!

AAA Claims department sent them to us and we kept using them. They really are the best. Mike and his crew did an excellent job! They were on time, got right to business, did the job, checked for moisture and did a great job. I strongly recommend Mike at WTL Plumbing!

We had a backup in our basement, and thought an underground pipe had broken. They came out promptly & snaked the line. Turns out their camera showed them the pipes were fine, it was just a clog. He could have tried to sell me something I didn't need but did not.
