He was very responsive and came out on a Sunday to work my problem. He arrived at the time he promised. He gave me a written quote up front and communicated everything before and during the job. Turned out to be a leaking pipe joint inside the foundation. I was completely satisfied with the professional work preformed. Austin was prompt, courteous and professional. Eric G.Austin is the man. Hired him this week for two projects. Specifically, my old 80 gallon electric hot water tank died and I needed a new one. He guided me to a gas outdoor tankless unit. He installed a propane tankless water heater and this was not an easy installation. He also installed a water softener unit. He was thorough, detail oriented, clean and professional.
