Mr. Wright has been our plumber here for many, many years. A few days ago, the A/C drain got blocked. I thought I'd take a stab at it. I cut off the PVC pipe and let the water run out into a bucket. After pulling out pieces of the drain cover and some copper pipe from the drain, I tried ""snaking"" it with some fishtape. That didn't work. So, I let the weekend go and called Wright-Touch this morning. He was here this afternoon, snaked it out, and put in replacement PVC. I appreciate all Jeff has done for us over the years and am very satisfied with his service!

Jeff Wright told me there was a $125 service fee just to come out and look at my plumbing issues. He said that the $125 fee would be DEDUCTED from any work he did. So, I figured if he for example, fixed my shower and the cost was $300, he would subtract the $125 from that making the total cost $175. I understand he has to be paid for his time regardless of if he's hired to do any work. So, he looks at my shower which took him about 5 minutes, and determined he can't help me. Fine. So, then he looks at the toilet and tells me he can replace it for $750. I called my husband, because I don't know how much a toilet costs and he told me that was ridiculous. So, I told him to just do the cheap fix on the toilet which consisted of a wax ring and a new bolt. It took him at the most 30 minutes. Cost for the toilet? $225. Ridiculous, but he's subtracting the $125, right? Wrong. Not only is he charging me $225 for the toilet, he's also charging me $125 for the 5 minutes he spent to tell me he can't fix the shower. Oh and he also doesn't subtract the $125 fee he said he would. So, for $350 Jeff Wright will spend an hour at your house to put some water down your shower drain and fix a minor toilet problem. This guy is dishonest and I do not recommend him.

I've used Jeff's services for years and have always been beyond pleased to have an expert and dependable master plumber who shows up when he says he will, does an excellent job, and doesn't overcharge or try to con me into paying for what I don't need. He's done everything from taking out old sinks/counters and replacing with new ones during a bathroom rehab, to keeping the daily functions going. The best. Local family business, too.

Jeff was professional, fast, punctual and affordable. He quickly located and fixed an issue with a leaky pipe. While performing this work, he discovered several other issues which he recommended be addressed before they became worse problems - but he wasn't pushy about it. He took his time explaining all aspects of his work once completed to educate me on what was done which I greatly appreciate.

I am very satisfied with the work Jeff did and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber in the Northern Virginia area.

I'm sure he has plenty of work in the suburbs and doesn't have to drive all the way into the city but he's never turned us down. Jeff just completed plumbing work at our home. He arrived on time and quickly assessed our situation. We had a number of issues and he immediately set to work on each one. He swiftly fixed the easiest tasks and completed them. The hardest task was evaluated and we will see him again next week to complete that. He worked quickly and neatly and very focused on the job.
