Do NOT waste your money or time with Wright Plumbing in Sweeny. The OWNER of that business is a chauvinistic a$$hole, that has ZERO respect for women. Refusing to guarantee his work from five months ago, telling me it's not his problem because I should have called back then. He "can't remember what they did". Because THEY DON'T DOCUMENT what work was done, and "you can't prove it". "My guys saw blue cement we don't use." I had ALREADY explained that my dad had been trying to fix it himself when I told them to hire someone. So, all of the "blue they don't use" was already there when they were hired.
The plumber admitted to two areas he did personally, so I ran the faucets to show him it leaks. He denied seeing any leaks, but the helper UNDER the house hollered up "It's leaking!!". I could SEE where the flooring was wet, asked him if he felt the water, whereas I received a rude "NO."
Next thing I know, he stomped off to the truck and got on the phone, his helper trying to keep peace, telling us they had to go get extra parts and they would return to fix the leaks.
Only to find out the OWNER told them to leave, called my MOTHER and ripped her ass for absolutely no reason, that she left horribly upset. (She had been here when the repairs were done, before I moved in.) So I called him. And got MY ass shredded because I had no reason to be calling him. Well, guess what A$$hole, I've got the smarts, mind and mouth to call you out on your lies and go toe-to-toe with you because NO ONE deserves to be trash talked to like he did. He LIED about sending another employee out to fix the leaks and yelled at me "you better stay inside that house and do NOT speak to my guy or yell at him, because he has already been told to drop what he's doing, if I don't listen." Nope. Not happening. THE ONLY THING I WANTED is for the guys to SHOW me what they had repaired before, so they could fix JUST THAT. But "there was suddenly an emergency, so no one will be coming back."
I didn't imagine it would turn into a pissin contest, and a "prove it" episode when I asked for help to have a job done right. But he would rather verbally attack an innocent party and go to war with me than to fix the mistakes that were made.
I have dealt with a LOT of ignorant, rude Know-It-All's, but Mr. Wright tops that list now. He will not return or answer my calls.
Charged $950 to repair....???
Having an inflated ego, thinking you have the right to treat clients like dog shit?
P.S. When I DID call that company about a month ago, the OWNER replied with "Tell ya what Sweetheart. How bout you call tomorrow and we'll see if things are still leaking?"
I hung up on him.
The pictures below are circled where the leaks are, and under the house from the ONE repair the Plumber said he repaired himself.

Husband hired them because of no hot water in the shower. 2 men showed up dismantled and found it needed a new cartridge. They didn't have part so problem not fixed. We were charged for call and labor yet my husband and I had to locate and install the cartridge ourselves.
Never will use them again.
