I had a really bad experience with these guys. I called them over to the house because we had no hot water. The plumber lit the hot water tank and left us with a $139 """"service call"""" bill. We kept checking the hot water and it never got hot. I checked the tank myself and turns out the water supply valve was off (very very simple thing to check). After I fixed it myself, I called the plumber back gently explaining that I felt uncomfortable paying $139 for a service visit when he didn't fix the problem that I (a very much non-expert) fixed myself after a quick look at the tank. Here's the best part, he (Justin or Josh I think was his name) went on to tell me that it was MY FAULT the he didn't fix the hot water tank properly! Um.....I paid $139 for a job you didn't do and I ended up fixing it myself and it was my fault? Not sure how that line of argumentation works out. He argued with me on the phone for nearly 20 minutes that his bad job was my fault and that there were no grounds for a refund because he did, in fact, come out to the house (""""service call""""). What more can I say? Just staggering the lack of competence on the one hand and awareness of the customer's needs on the other. The owner (Chris) did text me to apologize about my experience. He also sent back the check after I told him not to because I wanted to honor their policy. By the time Chris texted me, however, I was so irked by the plumber they sent over that I didn't want anything to do with these guys. A few days later I called Brad Rogers plumbing on a different job at the house (gas line). Brad came out the same day and was super friendly. Brad didn't charge me anything for the visit. While he was there I told him about my experience with Wright Plumbing and he said that he NEVER charges just to come out and light a hot water tank. Wish I called Brad Rogers first.

Our regular plumber was busy so we called Wright Plumbing. They quoted us $300 to install aa bath faucet that we had. They arrived oN time and did a good job. Whole working he took several phone calls and ordered parts for other jobs. It didn't matter because we weren't in a huge hurry. When he presented the bill it was 40% higher tHan quoted. He explained """"it took me longer than I thought """". Bill was $423 and quote was $300. BEWARE of this company!!!

We needed someone to look at a gas lantern. Wright's sent a serviceman and after working to unclog a gas line the problem was fixed. Knowledgeable and efficient. Give them a call. MKT
