My first experience was fine. Keaton came out and indicated it was just a blown fuse. I assumed there would be a fee but he indicated there was no charge because my system had been serviced the day I took ownership which was only about a month prior. Unfortunately my second experience with them was far different. It is currently not working again so I scheduled an appointment. Keaton indicated I was on the schedule between 10am and 12pm on 12/28/21. No one showed. So I called. It was Keaton. He said, oh is this (insert name)? I said yes. He says oh sorry I was called to help at another job. Ok...you couldn't communicate that? Why am I having to call you? So he says that he would recommend reaching out to my warranty provider but that he would still come check my system in case it's just another blown fuse. Ok. He never showed and again never called. Now today I still have no heat and Keaton has not called. I called him and he did not take my call. Then his uncle Ted called. All Ted wanted to do was argue about how Keaton should be charging me and how he is out $7.85 for the first fuse and how could I expect them to come out for free again?! I said no problem! I'll send you ten bucks right now I just need someone to communicate and get out to look at my system! No no no you don't need to send ten bucks but it's going to cost you $200-and something for us to come out again. Are you kidding me right now? Thank you for FINALLY clarifying. People, do NOT use this company if you expect any kind of communication. In fact, their website doesn't work...maybe they have changed it but neglected to update it anywhere online, or perhaps they have become tired of seeing their own terrible reviews. Just a word to the wise, look elsewhere for your HVAC needs. I would not give one star but unfortunately there is no option for zero stars.

They charged $3000 to replace the main waterline. It broke less than a year and a half later. I called to see if there were any warranties. They wouldn't even return a call.

The owner Ted is a great guy and definitely knows what he's doing. He had the problem with our A/C diagnosed and repaired in under an hour. It was 90 degrees in our house when he got there and was nice and cool within an hour of him leaving. Best A/C company in Tucson hands down!

I had Wright install a new furnace and AC system almost five years ago. I've had them back for annual service since then, and all checks out. Speedy response and a caring attitude.
