If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The ""manager"" was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran.
My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.

We had a new furnace and cooling system put in about two years ago and they were very professional and attentive at that time. The only problem after the first inspection it failed do to the outside return line was not hooked up. The installer returned and fixed it (so I thought) sent a picture to regional and it passed. They did their one year free service check and stated that everything was good but the filter needed replaced (It was replaced a month earlier). every filter change was excessively dirty. Yesterday I went into the crawl space and changed the filter and bumped into the insulated 4"" outside return duct and it moved quite a bit. After checking the connection I found that a hole was cut and the pipe just stuck into it and the insulation stuck into the gaps around the pipe--""no pipe collar, tape or seal"". It was sucking the air (and dirty insulation) from the dirt crawl space all this time. Called Wright Plumbing and Heating got a call back from a gruff talking person who said he was the manager. I explained the situation and he immediately took offense and asked why did this come up now? Its been two years! I explained that I just noticed it and returned the question as to why the Tech did not find this either during his service call. He started to raise his voice even more. He said to call back in a couple of months due to the covid virus and they are only doing emergencies. Which I do understand but! My reply was that I used to talk up this company and that just ended today. He said something and hung up...For a Manager in a customer orientated field he needs to take some courses on customer relationship. I have had over 25 years of being in a leadership position and would never have talked to my customers like that!! Apparently they must have new persons in place, I feel this would not have been such a bad experience if it were the persons I originally dealt with.

I was given a quote and told that it would be honored until a few months when I could arrange for the repairs. Grant it, this was not written on the estimate. I called after I received the estimate, spoke with someone in the office, who said that would write a note in my file. When I called recently to have the work started, I was told that estimate would no longer apply. I was told the the ""President"" of the company left, as well as the estimator who came out to give the estimate. Two major red flags. I spoke with Jennifer, she was extremely rude to me. When I asked to speak to the new ""president"" she said that she was on the same level and I would hear the same thing. She told me the bid for the new hot water heater was going to be twice what I was quoted in June of 2019. Her voice was very loud and she kept cutting me off. When I told her she was being rude, she hung on me.

On February 17, 2020 Wright Plumbing arrived on a schedule visit. My Bodurus boiler needed two expansion tanks replaced. Their quote was for nearly $700 to replace the two items.
Now I had the one tank replaced a few years back and know the cost of the actual tank ($40), the other is a little different model. So I looked it up at a plumbing website and it sold for $50.
Their quote was nearly 8 times the cost of the parts, and the labor was fairly simple.
A relative recommended their plumber and he installed both units for $200, and it took him less than an hour to replace both units and the system is working fine.
I found their quote insulting and borderline criminal, and for this reason I will not call them again for service and will tell those who will listen how bad your company has become, plus give some feedback on Yelp & Google Reviews of this horrendous encounter.
Past & Furious Customer

Josh serviced the furnace and humidifier and left things neat and clean. He made some adjustments to my thermostat that will help the humidifier become more efficient.

I have been a loyal customer of Wright's for years. That has come to an end. After a change in management and staff, they have become unreliable, unresponsive and rude. They don't show up at scheduled times; their reception desk never apologizes, but makes poor excuses; and those that do show up have not communicated with the reception to find out what services are needed. After the third time dealing with this, we will be finding a customer-friendly heating and cooling company.

I bought a system from these people in 2008. They charged me $9,900.00 They did help arrange the financing. I had asked for a new furnace, humidifier, a 15 SEER air conditioner and water heater. I have a little less then 1400 sq ft condo. The system has been a problem since the start. When the temperature gets close to zero it will only warm the house to about 65 degrees. I have had problems since the start. They hadn't paid their suppliers and I received a lien notice from their suppliers. They did work that problem out and a lien was not placed on my home. Then the first cold snap in December 2008 the furnace couldn't keep the house above 50 degrees. Yes they fixed the problem, well it would get the home up to about 65 degrees. The AC works great, but they had tried to talk me out of getting the 15 SEER AC saying it wasn't needed that good. The AC is the only item I am happy with as y utilitie bill in summer was under $100 this year 2014, my winter bills are now over $225. The water heater broke this year November 2014. The igniter went out. I had it fixed by someone else then Wright. Now the furnace has a part going out they want about $600 to fix. I have seen the part online for less then $300. I have had them service the system every spring and fall since they installed the system. o I have paid them over $1000 since having the system installed. You have to pay $50 dollars for a three year service contract then pay $65 for a spring service, to $85 for a fall service. I believe I overpaid about $3000 for the system. Recently I have seen the furnace they installed online for about $1300.00 so what they made off me is known only to them. I would have to say be careful and get second opinions and prices with these people. I am done with these people.
