Hot water tank started leaking at eight o'clock on Friday. Called five place one said they could come out Tuesday three never called back. Chris called back and got to right away. We thought it was going be a pain to fix. He looked at it went this done screwy. Changed so it would be to easy fix it broke again and done fast. Great price and knowledge and friendly. Pointed out some thing else my dad thought should be fixed looked at went to this truck and order the parts and setup time take care of it before leaving.
Will do work for use again.

Saturday emergency and no other plumber answering their phone, including larger companies, so I happened to see Wright Now Plumbing and gave them a shot. An extremely courteous professional named Chriss answered immediately and was at my house (despite being in the middle of picking up supplies) in no time at all. The service was incredible and the price super fair. I will definitely be calling him again for any future help/projects. It's refreshing to find someone you can depend on, especially in an emergency situation.

I had a back up in my sink after the holidays. I tried snaking the line myself but I didn't have the proper tools or the know how to find out where the clog was. Chris came out very promptly after I left a message the day before.

Pricing was very clear and Chris explained me the different possible reasons for the clog and what he was going to do. Last plumbing company I called said they were booked out 6 to 8 weeks... uhhhh no.

Would highly recommend these guys to the next individual!

Chris came out and was able to fix my leak. He had to turn off my water meter to do it, when he was done he turned on the water then left. As I had water damage he referred another company to do the water restoration. I went out to the street to talk to this guy and saw the meter cover was still off. the next morning a Sunday I found that I had next to no pressure in my water system. I called Chris and Sunday he was not available, he assured me that it was probably not anything major but it should be looked at and that he would call me on Monday to set a time to come out and resolve this issue. On Monday I called Chris and the soonest he could get out was more than a week I expressed that that was a little long if there was a leak in the house that would cause more damage. I had a plumber friend out to make sure I didn't have another leak, he found that Chris didn't turn turn on the water from the meter properly. Like the cover being left off this shows a lack of follow up on completion of a job. I gave Chris the option to correct his error, his response was to push me out for a week or more. I would not recommend them to anyone due to this lack of follow through.

This fellow is reasonably priced, safe, careful and on time. That should be, but is not usually, the right combination. I saw a one-star review and I hope Chris answers to that. He might limit himself to the south end of Seattle, but I'd contact him and ask. Since he's a one-man show, maybe not huge jobs, but again, ask. Very good communicator. I was only having problems drains cleared.

SUBCODE work, everything has to be redone. Admits works is done incorrectly but will not reimburse $2,500 I worked hard for. Irresponsible, don't take on work if you you're incapable of completing the job. Dishonest. Stay away!!

I highly recommend Chriss and his plumbing services. I had a clog in my main line and Chriss was super quick to respond to my request. He came out same day and cleared the clog in no time. He answered all of my questions and he's definitely going into my list of reliable service professionals.

My experience was great. Chriss did great work and was just a very nice person. He came in and worked hard and he knows his stuff. His estimate was very reasonable and any changes (which were additional work I asked to have done), were updated right away. He was up front with what he does and what will need another contractor to do, like drywall repairs that plumbing professionals do not do. I would recommend him without hesitation.
