I was having a new washing machine installed and they couldn't get the hose off the water pipe. Since the installers do not deal with the plumbing I had to call a plumber. I called Wrenn's and within 15 minutes they had someone there. They got there in time and got the hose off and a new one installed before my washing machine installers had left. I would definitely call on Wrenn's again for any of my plumbing needs

I have a sink that was installed by another local plumbing company during a remodel. It was periodically emitting sewer gas odors. I had called that company back out, and the guy from the installing company guessed (incorrectly) what the problem was, so it was not fixed.

I called Wrenn's, and they came out right away. The plumber knew within two seconds what the problem was (a defective valve). He ran back to the shop to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and repaired it in literally a few minutes. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

I have also used Wrenn's for two major jobs over the years - tearing up my basement floor and replacing broken pipes under the floor, and replacing the entire waste stack from the attic to the basement, which involved cutting open my ceiling and wall. Both jobs were completed professionally and in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost.

I have been using Wrenn's for 27 years, and am a customer for life!

Horrible customer service. Inquired three times about the service history on a 20+ year old water softener unit and got no calls back. 20 dollars a month on a unit that is 20+ years old and from what I can see around the house is not working. They only want money after that they don't care about you!

Always on time and done right! I've used Wrenn's Plumbing a handful of times for various jobs. Hot Water Heater install, Plumbed in my bathroom, Moved drains around and they have always been very helpful and have done a great job. They are a small family run business and they seem to care about you. I would recomend them to anyone.

This company almost killed my mom! Put in a new boiler and didn't fit the pipes right. 3 gas leaks! The gas company had to come out 2 times. My mom almost didn't wake up! 6 times it had to be fixed. Now their home warrrenty said they didn't vent it right so it clogged and broke so they almost died again!! Without heat in -24 degree weather. You are the worst company that I've ever seen. Stay away from thus company unless you want someone to die! This is not a minor mess up.

Called Wrenn's to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Told them I thought it was frozen, since it was immediately plugged and not slow. Plumb said it wasn't (confirmed later it was). He ran his snake down the drain and never found the clog. Calls another plumbing company to come out and fix it. Other company shows up, runs snake, finds ice, breaks clog and drain is free, fixed. Received bill from Wrenn's ... it is twice the amount of the plumber's bill that actually fixed our sink. Billed us for 2 hours of labor plus snaking the drain. 2 hours to figure out their snake couldn't free the clog! Called to figure out why the bill was so much and wouldn't / refused take my call, said they'd call back. Never called back, sent another bill.
