We called Allen because we had leak in our main line. He made a trip out even though he was booked for the day to take a look and was able to come back out later in the day to do the work. He even cut the cost of the job in half because my husband was able to do all the digging in the yard. Really personable and friendly and honest. We would for sure do business with him again!

Allen was extremely helpful. He explained everything on the phone and he was also able to communicate to me via text message which really helped me get answers to him as fast as possible while I'm at my day job. I did the right thing for my tenants and replaced the water heater instead of just repairing a dying water heater. Happy tenants, happy landlord!

Allen is one of those few good guys out there trying to run an honest business! He is great! He is very professional. Has great communication! If you leave a message, you will not wait days for a response. He gets back to you as soon as he can, my experience has been within the hour. When he's working on a job for you and needs to leave, he is sending you text letting you know exactly how long it's going to take!
Allen doesn't sugar coat anything. He will tell you exactly what you need. If you've gotten a quote for a large job, I would definitely have him give you a second opinion, as he can tell you if there were ""other"" things added that you didn't need!
He has help out with replacing a tank-less water-heater that was improperly installed and cost us more in repairs then we would have liked. (Installed by another company who was quick to sell and slow to service or repair the initial install issues!)
Definitely recommend his services!

Allen was thorough and re-piped our 1940's house fairly quickly. He is the one who comes out to quote your job and is the only one who actually works on your house. It is really nice that the owner works on your plumbing and repiping issues! If you did have concerns or questions, he is very friendly and knowledgeable too. We are happy with his work and would have no problem highly recommending him to friends and family!

I am a skeptical Yelp user and don't post reviews. All glowing reviews for a business make me wonder how many friends and family have posted for them. Allen has really earned all his praise. We woke up on Labor Day to find a pool in our dining room. Called a plumber and was quoted $300 an hour to come assess the problem, holiday rates. Allen was my second call but should've been my only call. He was there within an hour, didn't charge holiday rates and fixed my problem quickly (a burst pipe between the kitchen and dining room). He could've told us that he needed to break up the slab and do thousands of dollars worth of work. Instead he re routed the pipe to the sink, saving us a lot of down time and a ton of money. Allen is a people person and we had a nice conversation while he worked on the pipes and I emptied my kitchen cupboards. We found out we had a mutual interest and he even shared part of his collection with me. I wanted to share that part of my experience to let you know he's not there to take advantage, do the minimum required and skip off with your check. He cares about what he's doing, he seems to genuinely want to help and he makes sure you are happy. I highly recommend his services and won't hesitate to call him again.

I needed a plumber to work a hot water leak but I didn't have any references to go by. I tried yelp hoping that with the review I could help figure out who to call. I saw that Wrench RePipe had a lot of really good reviews and I gave him a call. Allen was exactly as the reviews tell you, made time in the schedule for the job, stayed until he was done, super efficient, got the job done quickly, left the place clean and give good advice to make decisions on the most efficient fixes. After that I called for a T&P valve for my water heater and he came within an hr or so. I just want to pass it on I highly recommend him just follow the advice of so many of us that have used his services.

We've been having some plumbing nuisances with the water heater, shower controls, and vibrating pipes. My main complaint was the loud, low, vibrating sound our water heater makes. So I called up a few plumbers. Allen was on a job when I first called, but he was able to give me some clear and sound advice over the phone. Another plumber I called showed up, didn't know what was wrong with the water heater, and suggested it was the pressure reducing valve. Based on my previous phone call to Allen, I decided to call him again for his opinion, and he was able to come out and take a look for us. Allen was able to tell us why the water heater was making the noise in a simple and knowledgeable way, and assured us it was normal. He replaced the pressure reducing valve, and advised us what to do with the shower controls to save some major money. I have to say he is the first plumber I've encountered that didn't suggest some unnecessary costly repair.
Allen, thanks again for your advice and coming out of your service area to see us!
TLDR: Allen is awesome, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. You can't go wrong with him.

I called Allen to have my poorly designed, leaky drainage pipes underneath my kitchen sink fixed. It has been leaking on and off for the past year from 3 different places, despite my hours spent trying to patch it up with various parts.
Within 30 minutes he had the old crap pulled out and was installing a new setup that's completely sealed and removed any areas that would cause a leak to occur. He explained everything to me and even showed me how to take it out and put back together in case I ever have a clog.
He treated my kitchen like it was his own, took his time, used quality materials. Wasn't the least expensive plumber I found, but in my opinion, if you want something to work right and last the next 30 years, you should probably expect to pay a little more for it.

Three phone calls, three voice mails, three separate days. Not a single call back. Pretty frustrating. Guess I'll be going else where.

This guy is amazing. I call him up on a Saturday morning after the 4th of July with an emergency plumbing problem. To make a long story short, that same day the problem was fixed!! No more problem. And my tenant thinks I'm awesome. So, I found my new plumber.
Professional, friendly, honest, and a job well done for a great price. What else could you ask for? Oh, and Allen even noticed I was a zombie fan and adjusted his warranty to protect me against any zombie attack that might damage the plumbing.
So he has an epic sense of humor also!!
I give this guy an A++++.
