I've called Allen to repair a toilet, install a new water heater and replace a leaky garbage disposal and he's always responded right away. The prices have always been very fair and the service fast and thorough. When there was a warranty issue with the disposal, he carved out time from his busy day to see that it was fixed immediately. I can't say enough good things about Allen. I highly recommend him to anyone.

So I needed a new water pressure regulator and started going down Yelp reviews to find a plumbing company to do the job. Out of the 4, only two bothered to call back or return a message. Really? Just two? So I got a quote from the first company and it seemed high to me. When Allen messaged back, which was very quickly, he asked for a photo of the regulator, and gave me a very competitive quote for the job. We had a few back and forths, and scheduled the job for the following day. Very happy with everything. Friendly, communicative about arrival, and left a card with his number in case I ever had questions when doing a DIY plumbing job around the house. How's that for a throwback way to do business? Call Allen, he deserves the business and you'll be a happy camper. I am.

After 3 water leaks (including a slab leak) and multiple plumbers leaving holes in our walls, we knew the next leak was going to be a re-pipe and a search for another plumber. A few months later, another leak occurred. Came across the great reviews for Wrench Re-pipe and decided to go with Allen. He is also located in Riverside, close to the Corona area, so no more waiting for a plumber to fight major traffic.

Allen came in and addressed all of our needs. Unreliable copper plumbing/installation was replaced; the water system was redesigned to properly reroute piping and correct low water flow throughout the house; and drywall patching with wall texturing was performed, which blended in incredibly well and left our house whole again. Allen also installed a water softener and water filter system that improved water quality, and will likely extend the life of appliances and fixtures in our home. We had a water softener before and have realized how much we missed it.

Allen was great to work with. He is extremely responsive; answered all of our questions; kept us informed along the way; met, and usually exceeded, all commitments; and performed quality work. His crew was professional, and they cleaned up and vacuumed after each day. This was the best experience that we have had with a home improvement project. He is highly recommended!

I called Wrench re pipe because of the numerous 5 star reviews. ""I was originally interested in a Navien Tankless, but got great advice with no up-sells and went with a normal water tank.
Richard could not have been any nicer. He is professional, punctual & his work is impeccable. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Anyone looking for a professional, do yourself a favor and call Richard at Wrench re pipe.

We hired Allen to re-pipe our home right before we moved into it. After interviewing several companies, it was clear that Allen was the expert in this field and the right choice! He worked hard for us throughout a holiday week to make sure that everything was done before our move-in day. New pex, plus we opted to add a water softener, tankless water heater and reverse osmosis system. Quite the Cadillac of a water system with ridiculously clean install, around the same price the other guys wanted for just new pipes. Allen sent us photo updates throughout his work, and made sure everything was clean, easy to use, and absolutely functional. He has been a great resource after the work as well, answering questions and available to fix any new problems that arise. Trustworthy, professional, and beautiful work.

So glad we gave Allen at Wrench Re-pipe a call. He came out and repaired our bathroom in less than 24 hours over the weekend. Wish we would have known about Wrench Re-pipe when we repiped our house. He is a no nonsense expert who knows his stuff. So happy to have found an honest and reliable plumber. Will be calling him when we convert to a tankless water heater later in the year! Thank you Allen!

I have used Wrench Re-Pipe three times now, and he has done a fantastic job each time. Each time coming out quickly and resolving the problem within a timely manner.

The first time I used him, I had a ceiling leak in the kitchen, which required replacement of a pipe in the ceiling between the kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

The second time I used him, I had a flood in my upstairs bathroom, which resulted from a burst pipe behind the sink.

This month, I found a leak in the wall near the garage and kitchen floor that I feared was caused by my tankless water heater / soft water, or, worse yet, as slab leak. Allen determined it was a drain pipe leak located right at the cement of my slab behind my tankless water heater. He had it fixed within a day.

I contacted a few of the other re-pipe companies for quotes and they sent out salesmen.
They couldn't answer specific questions that I had, since I to am a Contractor just not a plumber. So I knew the right questions to ask since I already did my research on the PEX pipe. So after I recieved their quotes I found Allen on Yelp and spoke to him and he sounded like he actually goes out himself along with his crew to perform the work and he does. Well he had some very satisfied customers but his price was about $500 to $900 higher than the other bids. But I have learned already that you get what you pay for. It's not worth the headache worrying that the cheap guys will probably cut corners and slip in lower quality parts or if they use actual journeymen plumbers or just day labors to do the work.
To make a long story short, Allen did an awesome job and they were clean and covered things up.
Thank you very much Allen.

I'm always wary when hiring anyone because I'm known to be cynical but Allen was actually a pleasure to work with. He was so responsive via Yelp messenger and text message like a teenager texting their BFF. That was impressive. I honestly wish all vendors were this accessible and responsive. He was able to provide me a quote over messages, but realized he doesn't service my area. I called another vendor who required an appointment first before quoting... which was also scheduled couple days later, all the while, my home's water pressure was unbearably low. Luckily, Allen reached out again and said he was able to make it out to my area. He came, he saw, he conquered... although he ended up charging more than what he originally quoted me via yelp messenger, it did require more work with soldering and cutting pipes than he anticipated and it was still $100 less than another vendor had estimated. So I happily Venmo'd him the dough for his capabilities, pride in his work, honesty and responsiveness.

I highly recommend Allen. He's helped put faith back into honest professionals. He also installs water softener systems, so when I'm ready to get one, he'll definitely be on the top of my list.

I also had an issue with my sink stopper and he was nice enough to look at it and tell me I needed a part at Home Depot and sent me a YouTube on how to replace it. He even linked the video at the part where I needed to watch so I didn't have to watch the entire video to figure it out. What?! Thank you Allen!

So 2 years after Allen re-piped my hot and cold water in my house. We recently had a leak from our ceiling downstairs. I emailed him asking him if he could check it out. I had a response within an hour. It only leaked when the shower was on so i didn't need him to come out right away. He was there the very next day. He had to do just a small hole in the wall because he has a high teck camera that can go into the wall to see what's wrong. He explained everything to us and let us look on his camera screen to see the problem. He saw that the problem was not from his work but from our overflow in our tub. The gasket was old and just needed to be replaced. Very easy and inexpensive fix, thank God. Because we are a preferred customer there was no charge to us . The camera inspection alone runs approximately $200 to $300 with other plumbing companies. We offered to at least pay him his service fee and he said no that he just wants to make sure that we are good. In all honesty he really does care about his excellent work that he does and taking care of his customers.
