Austin and David are a great team. Replaced a toilet today. On time, cleaned up the work area. They have been here a few times and always do a great job. I highly recommend them. They both wore masks w.o. an issue. I recently had surgery and I'm being very careful. Thanks to Austin and David.

auston and david did a great job fixing a drain pipe leak and redirecting the drain pipe to eliminate any future problems. i highly recommend them to repair plumbing issues. However, they need to find a better drywall ceiling texture guy to replace areas removed.

My water heater went out on Christmas Eve. I called David and he sent out a nice young man named Kyle. The water heater was replaced and all was in working order within a few hours. The work was done in a timely manner at a fair price. I would use them again should the need arise.

I can't commend Auston & his team highly enough. They were able to replace our water heater on what I consider to be very short notice, and then fixed (at no extra charge) the work that the previous plumbing company had installed incorrectly, unsafely, and not up to code. Oh, and as a complete shock to my system, they then invoiced me for LESS than what had been quoted.

They did above excellent level work, educated me during the install, and have made me a customer for life.

I was referred to Austin a few months ago by a friend. He installed a few bathroom sink faucets at my house. He is extremely responsive, very reasonable with his prices and just an all around good guy. A couple weeks ago, my main line from the street was leaking as it crossed the meter to my house, therefore I was responsible for the repair. I called Austin late on a Friday night, he answered and said he could be out first thing in the morning to take a look. I was leaving on vacation Saturday morning. He called me with an estimate by 9 am(I had already left for vacation). It was very reasonable, he promised to have it fixed and said he would keep me updated if he ran into any problems while doing the repair. It was a difficult repair considering the placement of the leak. He texted me by 11:30am and said the work was completed and sent me a picture. My family and I are very grateful to have been referred to Austin. He gets the job done and most importantly is very honest and upfront with his prices. Glad I finally have an awesome company to go to for all my plumbing needs.
