Well, my day turned bad when I came home from work around 7 pm to find my living room turned into an indoor swimming pool. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from so I decided to call several plumbers. Nobody was available or the service call was way too high because it was considered ""after hours"". I decided to give these guys a shot. When I called they answered and told me I most likely had a slab leak and they can come out right away. I asked about an emergency service fee and they told me they were still within normal business hours and that it would be a free assessment. I obviously booked them right away. They came pretty quick too! Cody responded and explained to me the steps like having to do a leak detection and then make a repair. After he did the leak detection he told me it was a slab leak and gave me a few options to choose from which was nice. I didn't feel limited and blown off like the other companies made me feel. After he was done and we were closing out he told me that he can provide me with even more savings with their membership program. The membership was only $50 but it took $100 off my total price that day. So overall I got an additional $50 off and a membership for free for an entire year. These guys are hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I don't ever write reviews but from the first call, the visit, and up to the follow up call from the office to ask how everything was going the day after I just had to tell everyone how much they really wowed me. Thank you Cody and the team for making this horrible situation easy. I will make sure to always call you guys if I ever need help again.

Called and Leigh answered the phone. he came right over and fixed my AC system. About a week later I had a toilet overflow and called Beat Service again. They came over and saved us again. thank you for the best service.
