I have used Dave from Worx plumbing for over 5 years and have nothing but the highest praise for his work and for all aspects of dealing with him.

Most recently he replaced an old boiler-type home furnace for me in a rental house and I was amazed at the diversity of skills he demonstrated in accomplishing the work: plumbing, electrical, heating, and overall familiarity of complex heating systems. What a wealth of knowledge he possesses! Dave is easy to work with - he is fair, price-wise; dependable and his workmanship is way above average. I will continue to trust him for all my heating and plumbing needs.

I hired David for a complete pipe refit on an old rental home, and I am glad I did. He was very happy to provide an estimate and did so promptly and professionally, he won that competitive bid and I haven't seen any reason to bid him out for the additional work he's done.

Little details like he put the emergency shut off valve in an easy place to, you know, use in an emergency is just part of what makes him so valuable. He also boiled down an endless night of internet research for me (hot water tank with recirc pump vs. tankless) and quickly recommended a great solution for my residence. And followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy (we still are!)

Lastly, and I know this will sound strange, but I think his finished work is nice to look at. I'm almost sad when the drywaller covers up what he's done.

Excellent service and very professional. Dave fixed our furnace when all things with it were wrong. He was straight forward with pricing and his work. He even installed our Nest thermostat. Dave was very prompt and communicated well. Installed a new faucet, replacing a leaky one out front with a modern, frost free version. One of my internal pipes split, Dave fixed it quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use WORX in the future. Good to find honest, hard working plumber!

I just had Dave and his son out to my house. Real nice to see him showing his son the business! I called to set up an appointment and he was in my area so asked if he could just stop by since it was not a big fix that was needed. Dave took a quick look and gave me a quote which was really close to the guess he gave me on the phone. In no time at all, Dave and son were done with the project. Dave even voluntarily gave me some advice that will help my plumbing in the future. Hopefully I will not need a plumber anytime soon but if I do it will be Dave at Worx.

Contacted Worx a few months ago, and OMG I'm so glad I found Dave! I had an overflowing sump pump in the back yard. He gave me estimates on how much it would be to unclog it, and ALSO educated me on what the real problem was and whether or not it was worth the fix. Dave was nice and genuine, and really loves what he does! That is the kind of attitude I respect!

Worx Plumbing may be a great plumber, but his customer relations needs some work. I had called and set up an estimate appointment for an afternoon. He said he would call before he came over. I spent the afternoon waiting for his call, never happened. The next day I left a message that if he was still interested in getting together, please call me. Didn't happen. I think he at least would have the courtesy to respond and if he's not interested fine, but at least get back to me.
