Terrible plumbing service! He charged us 2700.00 to replace a small broken section of sewer pipe at one of our rentals. This was an emergency and he was the only available plumber in our small city. Then, he says it's not ""code"" but he could install the correct section of pipe for another 900.00. Seriously??? He also said he could replace the entire pipe for 4000.00. We opted for 2700.00 so our tenants could use the toilet and shower again. We had no choice.

JUST ONE YEAR LATER, the sewer pipe fails again but Worthington will not return calls or emails from the property management company. We personally contacted an excavating company who replaced the entire sewer line to the road for just 1320.00. On the weekend, no less! Who knew we didn't need a licensed plumber to replace a clogged sewer line?

What Worthington did is close to criminal in my opinion. Our property management company also took him off their vendor list. If you have an emergency, don't ever call this guy. It would be cheaper to hire an out of town plumber and pay the travel fees. He definitely took advantage of us (and the management company) and left us high and dry.

He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our job, and helped guide us through the purchase of several big plumbing related fixtures and appliances. We needed a new hot water tank. Tried another local plumber first. After waiting a week or so to hear from them, we gave up. Looked on Yelp and contacted 2 plumbers. One said they didn't come out to where we live. The other one Worthington plumbing said he would stop by the next day and take a look. Gave us an estimate and came out a few days later and did the job in a professional manner. We are quite pleased with him and will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

They were able to repair my tenant's toilet while I was out of state. I trusted him completely.

Kept removing his mask. Replaced shower/tub faucet. After a few days, I had not yet received an invoice in my email as he had stated. Two days later could hear and see water leak from work access/hot water tank area. Had to hire another plumber to repair the damages/incomplete job. Very costly and time consuming to clean and repair the severe damage to flooring and walls.
