I called Worshams pump Monday for a problem with our pump at our collinsville cemetery. Victor came out and met with me that afternoon. The next morning he returned and replaced our pump and had us up and running by late morning. We have used Worshams pump for the last 15 years that I know of. In those 15 years one time we had to use a different pump company because of the fire in the vacaville hills and Victor was very busy. We were not happy with that company. Hands down Worshams pump is the best pump company in our area.

We have been out of well water for about 10 days. Called Worshams on a Tuesday. Was told they'd be in contact by EOD. That did not happen. Not a big deal - Victor called Wednesday and said he'd be out on Thursday. Thursday came along and Victor called and said he'd be out on Friday afternoon. Friday he was a no show. Monday I called and left a message with Victor and got no response. I tried one more phone call to Victor and he did no answer.

A business run like they used to be! OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We recently had a water issue at our well and got in touch with Worsham's. Victor was able to come out that day and was able to provide his expert advice swiftly. Seeing Victor's professionalism and mannerism removed our stress on the water issue at hand.  Fast forward, Worsham's got us back up and running at a fair cost. Couldn't be happier! I have been using these guy's for year's. I won't use anyone else even if I have to wait. They have come out while I'm at work fixed the problem and trusted me I would pay the bill. Victor is great and goes the extra mile. He found something that wasn't part of his job but was a fire hazard to my home and he took it upon himself to fix it. Nice to have a company you can trust and gives great service.

Victor of Worsham's was very patient with my many questions. He helped me understand my pump and how it works. On a Monday, I asked to schedule on a Monday because I wanted to observe and discuss my problem. It was not urgent but they were out to my house that day within an hour or two. Not only did he fix the problem with barely a charge, but he was patient enough to solve my 5 year mystery with what was wrong with my irrigation stations. Almost a bigger deal than the pump itself. I am so grateful for Victor and his company. Thank you very much.

You know that feeling you have when you need something fixed, and you don't know much about the topic? For me, it's like going to the auto shop. People take advantage and you worry... Are they going to tell me my repair is huge, when it's really not?

That was how I felt yesterday when I had no water at the tap. Oh, no... Is my well dry, pump need to be replaced? Are we going to be out thousands we can't afford?

I called Worshams at about 9:30. Barbara said, well.... Victor is going to be out that way, let me text him. Bottom line is; within an hour, Victor called me from my house (I was at work). After about 20 minutes, he called me again and told me about the most minor issue, that was causing big grief. He had already fixed it and was going on his way.

I can't believe how wonderful this was. Not having water is a big deal. Having a family owned business show up like that, and fix the problem, was such a huge relief.

Their reaction to my tiny problem will have my loyalty for all issues in the future.
