I was referred here because ""they have everything"". Well, no they don't. And they don't even know how to make it work...without 5 adapters from this to that to another, just to make a simple fix. Home Depot has the exact part I needed. $12.00

Then, when I returned the two parts I did buy from Worly, totaling $16.00, they charged me $3.00 because THEY got it wrong. THEY gave me the wrong parts because they didn't listen.

I will NOT be back. I will not recommend them to anyone and they do NOT have everything. Including listening skills.

Bad customer service. Bad interaction. Bad ""policy"" on returns. The cashier even said ""they usually don't have that on there. I'm not sure what it is.""

Not again. Not me. Not anyone I know.

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with Worly. Being a Designer and project manager, I look for showrooms that carry good quality products, are knowledgeable and are reliable. Jennifer handles all my accounts. She is amazing! She's always helpful both to me and my clients. Their showroom has received a facelift and looks great! The guys in the back are helpful and knowledgable! Overall, nothing but good things to say.

Lisa is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed two lavatory faucets and were only interested in single-handle, small, retro ones, which really limited our choices. Lisa was all over the showroom getting samples. She also took them off the display racks and inserted them into a bathroom sink so we could see them in context. We really appreciated her help.
