Avoid this company, they are unreliable. For the last four months I've been trying to purchase several additional shelves for my cabinets. I have sent literally nineteen emails, most of which get no response. This morning I sent an email cancelling the order, and promptly got this response """"No problem, we are really busy and haven't had the time to deliver this, we don't deliver materials unless it is a big order."""" They could have told me this months ago and saved me a lot of time. Inefficient, non-responsive, non-communicative and to be avoided.

I had a very large and complicated project that they took on, They are not a bad company, but they promise and cannot always deliver on time. The products they sell are good quality, Damarais has good design talent, you will need a time commitment, for your project or you maybe waiting long for installation. The final project came out very nice.

The owners of World Kitchen and Granite are a delight to collaborate with. They are patient and helpful and worked with us to transform our kitchen into something we will enjoy for years to come- while staying within our budget! We are very satisfied. Thank you!

We hired them to do a full kitchen remodeling. All the reviews are correct to start the DO NOT have a license. Although they told us they did and advertised as having one. They took it down from the website when we told them we inquired and they did not have a license. It was going to be a 5 week job, after 16 weeks and they keep giving us excuses as to why they could not finish All the mistakes, they charge you one thing and install another one. Very unreliable, their work is very inferior and then like other reviews say he gets confrontational when Asked about anything. This couple took most of the money and never finished. We are missing panels, hardware, new crown molding they finally admitted looked terrible. Missing shelves etc....The company owner is Carlos Cabrera and wife Damaris. Not only their work is terrible but they are not trust worthy. Checking on our dog on the cameras inside my house we found Carlos going through all our personal things, and then taking things from my garage and putting them in his truck. Save yourselves all the head ache and hire someone profesional. They have so many unhappy costumers now that they left the store. Don't forget the names because they will probably open somewhere else with another name. These individuals have no integrity and can't be trusted.

Do not hire this company. They are unprofessional, untimely, and do sub par work. When I insisted they redo some tiling, and cabinet work, they totally dismiss my request, and did what they wanted. Carlos Cabrera is not a licensed contractor, and found out he has been sued many times. I now found a wonderful, professional contractor who is redoing Carlos's sloppy sloppy work.

What a great experience. Damaris and Carlos are the most honest and professional people I have worked with. They did everything they said they would do and more!! I was doing a renovation on my kitchen and bathroom when I was fortunate enough to walk into their shop. Damaris was so helpful in picking out the right materials and doing the project planning; her husband Carlos did all of the work and installation. My project came in at budget, there were no unwanted surprises, they showed up when they said they would, and the work was impeccable! This was my first project and they made it a smooth and enjoyable experience! I would definitely recommend them!

What started out as a great project the clubhouse with the wall unit and custom cabinets I went to World kitchens for a consultation they were able to supply and install everything. Once the installation started that's when the nightmare began her husband Carlos is the installer and cannot commit to working more than 2 to 3 hours per day And cannot work more than one day at a time. He constantly would show up and disappear for a month and claimed parts were missing an unable to complete the job. after constant calling and begging to have them come back and finish the project it is almost finished. The last final straw is adding panels to a sub zero refrigerator but he refuses to do because he's afraid to damage the refrigerator so now the kitchen is complete except for the eyesore of the stainless steel rough front of the subzero. Drawers had missing fronts, he would lease without installing shelves inside cabinets, very unprofessional.

Very unhappy with the owner's customer service. The owner (Damaris) came to my home in Century Village with her toddler son to take measurements. Needless to say, I think I was paying more attention to her son than her to make sure her son didn't fall down on my glass coffee table since he couldn't sit still. I was happy with the cost, but I wanted to pick out a countertop, so I made appointment to meet her at the store. We made arrangements to meet on Saturday, Feb 17 at 3pm. We got to the store a few minutes early. The young man at the desk texted the owner and the reply was """"she can't come for the appointment because she didn't have a car"""". WTH? She had my phone number from the day before, yet no consideration to call me to reschedule or anything. Very disrespectful especially if this is their livelihood. If you don't have a car, UBER and call your potential customer to apologize!! Just a lame excuse!

So I was relocated with my job to west palm beach... it is definitely hard to get a lot for your money here as far as buying a house goes.. we bought an older house with an ugly kitchen and looked all around for the best prices. We stumbled upon world kitchen and granite and found the best prices around town. Home Depot wanted 25k for the remodel we wanted and we got it for half the price here! Damaris and Carlo are so nice and professional, it felt like family. They give you honest recommendations and that was the best part because through this whole process everyone else was trying to nickel and dime me... some told me it wasn't doable to cut the breakfast counter and wasn't worth it!!! They communicated very well and did the work just like explained.. I will definitely use them for my bathroom and flooring in the future. I'll post pictures of before and after. My wife couldn't be happier!

A 4 week has now taken 5 month to Not complete! I went to my mothers house yesterday to visit and could not beleive what I have found with her uncompleted kitchen, missing parts and pieces live exposed electrical outlets and wires with no protection, the list goes on and on, Carlos is non responsive to calls and when he does show up he is rude and tells her to buy the missing parts form Home Depot. We will be filing complaints against them with the State license board for fraudulent operations. THEY DO NOT have a license. Although they told us they did and advertised as having one. They have been taking advantage of my 79 YO mother for months now with extra work that was not performed. They charged $3900 to run a new 220 line for her oven that was existing and being reused . I can go on longer. Do not use this company for legitimate work unless your ready to be ripped off and frustrated.
