Was doing some cleaning and came across the World Class Service business card for a quote I received a couple months back. Would not recommend thier service had a broken AC that I need repair on. Had a tech come out and was advised for a multitude of services to repair our aging AC system. Tech suggested a brand new AC system that was roughly 2 to 3 thousand dollars. I decided to call around and found a local guy who was able to fix my current AC for a third of the cost the other guy quoted me. Seems like these big name companies like to add unnecessary cost to thier repairs... My suggestions is find a local tech through friends or family you'll save a lot of money and won't feel like your being fleeced.

I called and made an appointment for the next day, because I live in Westerville and I took day off. No one showed up at 10a, so I called and no one answers. I called again 15 minutes later and nothing. I got a call later in the day, snd they said how sorry they were. It's a little late now I said. I called someone else.

Smarmy people.
I was selling my house last year and needed several plumbing issues addressed in order to sell.
I had to get a valve checked for the gas leading to the fireplace (which after I arrived they said was out of their scope of practice).
The pilot on my furnace needed relit (which they did manage to do).
And the flush handle on my toilet had fallen off.
The service rep was training a new employee.
Instead of simply relighting the pilot, he spent at least 45 minutes doing what he said were ""safety checks"" for carbon monoxide, in spite of me telling him the gas company had been up recently and checked my house and told me the only issue of safety might be the fireplace, which he had red-tagged.
While doing these ""safety checks"" this employee was lecturing me how I need a new HVAC system because, even though at this time, there was no CO concerns that could change at any time. I repeatedly told him I was selling the house & didn't want to make that investment. He kept trying to wear me down.
He used up all the time for the appointment trying to sell me a new unit.
(The home inspector recommended a two year homeowner's warranty be given to the buyer as part of they sale which we ultimately did).
When it became clear to this ""service rep"" I was not going to make a $7000+ purchase, he said the time they had for the appointment was up & they had to leave.
I reminded him my toilet handle needed to be replaced.
He said they don't have time for that & they'd need to charge me at least $100 to do this!
So...I paid a $79 service call plus tax to have my pilot relit.
I had to pay a company that specializes in fireplaces to come and address that issue.
And when I told my neighbor about this, she came over and helped replace the toilet handle.
TO BE CLEAR, this company hires aggressive people to be ""service reps"" & pays them commissions to sell NEW installment of HVAC systems.
STAY AWAY from them unless you want someone to convince you you need to buy a pricey new setup.
