I paid Lowe's for toilet installation and the person they scheduled didn't show. In response to my polite pleas, the overwhelmed no-show plumber called Jorge. Jorge arrived early and did a great job. Showed me stuff I didn't know about the toilet (the seat is easily removed for cleaning!), cleaned up after himself really well. Great plumber/great guy.

I scheduled an 8am appointment to check my water heater and they arrived on time. They came back at 11.30 with the water heater and equipment and finished in a couple of hours. Jorge also took a look at my ktichen and bathroom and made minor adjustment to the sink to increase the waterfloow and sealed the edges. He also took the time to answer my questions about plumbing and offered suggetions to make my home better.

I called Works plumbing this morning and Jorge was at my house about 45 minutes later!! He gave me a quote to fix my leaking shower head which was totally reasonable, so he started working right away.

Three hours later he finished. It turned out the fixture was glued to the tiles and difficult to get off. Jorge and his assistant got it off and fixed my leaky shower.

We ended spending a little more than the quote, but only for the new part which was reasonable.

They were very polite and neat, cleaned the bathroom after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.

I hired these guys to replace my garbage disposal unit in October 2010 and just had a massive leak a few days ago (July 6th) because the main pipe basically came completely undone! When I called them back in to fix it, the owner said he needed to charge me for the labor again because the work was outside their 30-day warranty period (""either pay it or I can leave..."")! After I agreed to this he proceeded to explain how some of his plumbers haven't been doing a quality job in the recent past and he had let them go.

Call this man.
I called, his wife took my information and told me he could be there in about 45 minutes. Jorge arrived around fifteen or twenty minutes later.
I told him the problem he gave me the rate. ($145, which was about the going rate I learned from previous rooter searches on the phone, but none available so soon that day)
Jorge was pretty sure it was a simple clog and he was right.
Done. Jorge cleaned the site and was very professional.

While writing the check I saw he had a very nice truck and asked him how many trucks he had. He said he has two but that he had to lay off employees due to the recession and loss of work.

I encourage anyone looking for plumbing services to call this professional. Help his business grow so he could spread his good work ethic to those who need his services and needs them quickly.

Works Plumbing & Rooter, by far, is the best plumbing service we've had - and we've had a LOT of plumbing work done at our house over the years.

Our water line underground pipe developed a leak late Saturday and water was coming out through the foundation. We were frantically calling plumbers Saturday night to come that same night, if possible, to diagnose the problem and propose a solution/estimate. It's a nightmare when problems like this arise on a weekend. We also called friends to recommend plumbers they used as we didn't want to go back to those we dealt with in the past due to unfavorable results and experiences. We got hold of two that evening who showed up (separately) one full hour or more from the time of our call. A third plumber said he'd come Sunday afternoon but was a complete no show.

Not satisfied with the evaluation and horrified by estimates given, we called other plumbers and finally got hold of Works Plumbing on Sunday afternoon after checking them out on the internet. Jorge Besinga (the boss) was at our door within 20 minutes from our call. He evaluated the problem immediately and proposed the best, most economical and expeditious solution. Jorge is knowledgeable about his work, articulate, polite and respectful. You just knew in your gut you're dealing with an honest and competent person. His price is fair, acceptable and a whole lot less than what others quoted.

All work was COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION within the time stated in spite of bad weather during their scheduled work days. I give Works Plumbing my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION if anyone needs a plumber - I believe they can handle just about anything regarding plumbing and rooter work, and if they can't they'll say so up front

Jorge was great! I found him on Yelp and saw good reviews, but not too many. I decided to give him a chance and I'm very glad I did!! I even went as far as checking his plumbing license number with the state and confirmed that he is licensed and in good standing.

He did not give me the run around and was straight foward with me about my estimate and the work. He moved my Washer and Dryer from the laundry room inside the house to the garage. He had to tap into gas lines, water lines, and drainage adding lots of piping and re-routing them around and through walls to make a perfeft fit!

The job took two days and he was on time both days and ready to work. He was polite, courteous and best of all, He gave me a better deal than another plumber I had an estimate with!! His work was nice and made a great finish while also cleaning up any mess that was left over. Good job guys!! I would definitely recommend Jorge and his team for any plumbing work!! whether easy or difficult, he can do the job!!

I have an aguatherm cental heater that no one seemed to know how to fix; not even the HVAC technician. George was referred to me by my building manager. At first I was pondering what does a plumber know about heaters. However, George proved me wrong. He was funny, professional, and reasonably priced. He was willing to work around my schedule, even coming in the evening since I work during the day time. I highly recommend his company.

Called Work's plumbing after reading reviews here on yelp. I spoke to Margret and made an appointment for the morning, and they didn't show up, but Margret called me back to reschedule and they came on time. I was just planning to get an estimate for a drain, and when Jorge and Rafa came the price sounded good to me so I let them do the job. It turns out that I needed to get my pipe's replaced so I made another appointment for Work's plumbing to start the job the next week. They came on time and started the job. Margret and Jorge was always in contact with me to give me an update on what was going on and what they are going to do. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The job is officially done, and they did a really good job and good service. I would hire them again and recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely agree with the other 3 reviewers. Jorge/Works Plumbing delivered excellent service all around.

Sunday evening our main lateral drain backed up (again). I called several plumbers and Jorge stood out by far. He was professional - i.e., clear and articulate - in his availability (that night!) and how much his service would cost.

He made it to our house within the stated time and fixed the problem quickly without any fuss. (I know because I've had other plumbers who took longer to fix the same issue or had to ""go back to get other parts"" even though I told them the issue on the phone beforehand).

I'd hire Jorge again if/when we face another plumbing issue.
