I had a collapsed sewer line under my driveway The team of George, Ray, Travis were great and efficient to work with, as their concrete contractor. But due to rain and dealing with insurance Jan, February and March things took longer. As with all contracting jobs communication with the customer is key, right up with prep work, like taping areas with plastic. Yes I would hire them again with these 2 conditions met Thank you.

I contacted Works Plumbing at 3:16 pm and cancelled another service provider who had been scheduled to arrive between 8 & 10am; but was steadily ""running late"". I had lost faith and needed real help.

Works Plumbing assured me that they could get a technician.to me and have my project completed before they closed at 5pm.

At 3:33 pm I received a text message with their technician 's photo stating he was on his way to my address. He was at my address at 4:11pm.

Technician, Luis F. was cordial, courteous and professional. He got to work straight away while explaining the process and the actions he was taking in real time. He was able to clear my garbage disposal clog and snake the pipe to my complete satisfaction.

My appreciation for the manner in which Work's Plumbing came to my rescue, so to speak, and completed my project on such short notice is above and beyond a 5 star rating.

They kept their word and lived up to their promise. While restoring my faith in business during the process.

We had a leak in our hot water pipe in our house. Travis was great, came out and gave us an estimate and was able to start on the project the same day and restore our hot water by the end of the day, while other plumbers were quoting us higher prices and longer times to schedule the work and to get it done. Friendly and quick service, we're very happy we went with Works!

So we originally had a reoccurring clogged toilet problem. Someone from this company came and fixed it. Unfortunately the clog happened again a few days later and I knew the problem unfortunately was mostly further down the drain. Tracy suggested we clear out the sewage pipe. Turns out we had a HUGE clog on the sewage line (about over 40 years worth of...ummm ""sewage""!!!) so very thankful we took this option.

After that was done, we asked him to stay to watch the toilet flush to make sure things are working right. It was still slow but it flushed a lot faster than before they came, so Ever (who came with Tracy) took the auger to our toilet and after a few minutes the toilet was flushing back to its glory again!

We'll see if this toilet problem will come back again but so far we are very please with the work and their tenacity to make things work with me. (I'm the tougher customer.)

They will have me as a customer for a new dishwasher and garbage disposal next!!!
