I've had them do two jobs at my house in the past couple of years:
After three other plumbers told me that a leak from our tub/shower into a closet downstairs would necessitate removal of the tub and also all the original tile (vintage 1950's), the works folks came by and suggested that we replace just a small section of tile around the faucets. We bought a grouping of very nice Mexican tiles and then they came and replaced the fixtures and set in the tiles around that and a day later the problem was solved for a FRACTION of what the others had estimated.

This week I called them to install a new water-saving toilet. They quoted me a price based on just the basic removal and installation. As it turned out the old cast iron ring-plate was horrendously corroded and the plumber had to do some serious improvising to install a new stainless steel plate in it's place. There was some serious chiseling done during the installation but none on the client. The job took somewhat longer than anticipated but it got done right and they stuck to their original price on the job . . . THANK YOU WORKS!

After having problems with hot water in the morning, I went down to check the water heater. Water was pooling in the basement from the leaking water heater. Went to Yelp and found Works Plumbing. I called at 8:15am and was told someone would be there between 10 and noon. 15 minutes later I got another call saying that someone would arrive at 9:15. Jorge did indeed show up and gave me a reasonable quote for replacing the water heater. He was very professional. Work was done quickly and he really improved the bracing for the water heater. He also left the garage spotless after the installation. Very happy with the service and will be sure to call him in the future. Highly recommended.

George's customer service is great from his receptionist to his workers. Every time I have needed him to come by and take a look at anything its been within the next day or two. All of his work still stands today working just as good as when he left from my kitchen sink to shower head and my bathroom sink. He takes the time to explain what he's doing so I'm not left in the dark. Pricing compared to anyone else in the bay is the best if you want high quality work and on a budget Works is the place!

I had work done by Works Plumbing due to a leaking water heater. They came over, quickly assessed the situation and contacted my home warranty company to ask for the needed water heater. The whole process was relatively quick and they were attentive to the fact that my house didn't have a shut-off valve for the water heater and so I didn't have any water for 2 days(they fixed the shut-off valve issue too). They were there once the home warranty company got them a water heater with three guys and made quick work, about 3 hours, to fix my water heater, flue, and reroute the pipes so that they were all accessible to the shut-off valves of both gas and water. The inspector came by and gave it a thumbs up and I was happy with how they cleaned up the place and did quality work.

Wow! I'd give Jorge and Manny 6 stars if I could! I called them today around noon with a plugged drain problem and they said they'd be right over -- and they weren't kidding. Jorge was at my front door in under 30 minutes and went right to work. He was extremely professional, obviously knew exactly what to do and got it done in less than 15 minutes. And...he spent extra time after he was done cleaning up the area...they actually left my basement cleaner than how they found it!

The price was at least $20 less than others and the service and customer care were second to none. These guys are THE BEST in Daly City Area. You can't go wrong! 6 STARS!

We had a slow drainage in our shower, so I decided to look for a plumber. I made a few calls. I received high quotes and others were not very helpful or pleasant. I finally landed on Works Plumbing, they were close by and I had a positive conversation with Mr. Patrick Jorge Besings. He was straight forward and assured he can fix it in no time. Jorge, Oliver, and Margret are the best! I have an Eichler home that developed a slab leak in the hot water line. I interviewed several plumbers and the only plumbing contractor that took the time to diagnose and confirm that the hot water line was broken is Jorge. Consequently, for a very reasonable price, they re-piped the entire hot water system in my Eichler home bypassing the slab leak. I am so happy! For the first time in several months, the slab leak is no longer a worry! The new hot water lines are fantastic. Jorge and his team have the BEST communication skills of all the plumbers I talked too. While he was fixing my plumbing Jorge and Oliver checked my blocked sewer line with their camera, fixed a roof leak! Works Plumbing goes the extra mile! Jorge is a Godsend! He and his assistant, Oliver were professional, polite and extremely efficient. Not to mention, honest! They explained how they were going to help us get our dryer installed and were very thorough. The provided same-day service and were prompt with their appointment time and even called to see if they could come earlier (such a big plus).
